So.. I started hanging finally. I;m on my second week and I just got fairly comfortable with doing 3 sets of 5lbs for 30 mins. Well comfortable is definitely the wrong word.. maybe i should use the world tolerate lol. It's not too bad though. And it's definitely intense. Have you gained yet from hanging?

Nice to see you hanging, try to keep your sets to 20 minutes, after 20 you risk injury due to no circulation, 20 should be the max time for a set. It may not choke it off at lighter weight but when you go heavier you will damage your wang, I am not sure how much I have gained, I wll measure on the first of March and then more frequently after that. I have never been much of a jelquer honestly, I am going to do some light jelquing every other day from now on but just to keep Thnks you for the knid words, and for visiting my log.

Warmed up with the sock for 20 minutes

Hanging:
20 minutes @ 13 lbs
20 minutes @ 13 lbs
20 minutes @ 13 lbs
20 minutes @ 11 lbs
10 minutes @ 11 lbs

Total hang time for the last 7 days is 11 hours. Been a great week.

hanging:
20 minutes @ 13 lbs
20 minutes @ 13 lbs
warm for 10 minutes
20 minutes # 13 lbs
20 minutes/ 15 @ 13 lbs@ 11 lbs
20 minutes @ 11 lbs

day 1/ 1 our 50 minutes

Pumping:
20 minutes @ 5 hg, 2.00 inch cylinder
25 kegels in cylinder

Just updating for yesterday, I really just didnt feel like doing it, no reason, no sad story. I really wanted to take the day off and today my pee willicker was feeling great and refreshed. The hanger was hanging and a sanging in a delightfull manner. Havent decided if this is a two day break or not. Boy Oh boy, working is going to put the challenge back in PE but nothing like going off to work with a good chubbity chubber with ya.

I guess I needed a two day rest, as good as the wang felt today why fudge with it.

Yep always good to take a day and clear the mind, btw I got the bib starter. Took me about a week to get decent settings. But I have it down alright. I'd recommend it, especially since you feel the internals being pulled by all that weight. For me it took some getting used to.

Thank you Gymboi, been the busiest week I have had in a long time so all of a sudden I feel less consistant but I will do what I can. I hope your efforts are going well.

I am glad to here you got the starter, I am going to order mine this weekend, I would do it now but i dont even have time to think. I started a new job and thework is plenty, guess thats good. I cant wait to get mine, as you find new secrets to your Bib Starter keep me informed s you can, thank for visiting my humble log.

Day 7 off, got a lot of rest and the dong was feeling long so it was a good break, Hey Danner and Mael, how are you guys doing. I have been very busy and I have to adjust my PE with being back to work. Itsbeen tough but I think after this week I will be back on track.

I only managed 4 hours and 35 minutes this week and most of that as early in the week so I basically dis almost nothing for four days.
One good thing was the EQ was through the roof with a couple good days off.

Hanging:
20 minutes @ 13 lbs
20 minutes @ 15 lbs
8 minutes @ 15 lbs/ 12 minutes @ 13 lbs.

day 1/ 1 hour hang time


I have had enuff, today I manned up and ordered a Bib Starter, cant wait, cant wait.
