So.. I started hanging finally. I;m on my second week and I just got fairly comfortable with doing 3 sets of 5lbs for 30 mins. Well comfortable is definitely the wrong word.. maybe i should use the world tolerate lol. It's not too bad though. And it's definitely intense. Have you gained yet from hanging?
Nice to see you hanging, try to keep your sets to 20 minutes, after 20 you risk injury due to no circulation, 20 should be the max time for a set. It may not choke it off at lighter weight but when you go heavier you will damage your wang, I am not sure how much I have gained, I wll measure on the first of March and then more frequently after that.
