Growth stalled a few months ago (but I gained again recently):
-I stopped measuring strain -- and it was during this time that my growth stalled
-I realized force was too low, a modest increase in tension (due to adaptation show in previous post) gave me 1/8" BPEL over a couple months
-I'm going back to measure strain again to recalibrate.
Less is more strategy:
-I gained 2" BPFSL (1" BPEL) using mostly 4lbs of force (or less) during 1.5 years (I increased time & tension slowly)
-4lbs stopped yielding enough strain (so I adapted device as shown above).
-I'm now averaging 3.8% strain with about 5.5lbs.... (confirmed with digital tension gauge).
-my goal is PE growth, not force increase
-i.e. I use as little weight as possible to hit ideal strain & minimize tissue hardening
-I'm using heat extensively to assure maximum tissue plasticity for gains
Details on how I use FIR for heat:
This is my FIR heating pad -- it's been adapted to easily wrap around my penis & keep it warm while I do my vac ADS.
-3x green dots is max heat
-when I first used it, 10-15 minutes of heat was the most I could handle at a time
-now, 1.5 years later, i often leave it on max for 1 to 1.5 hours while I do my ADS
-either the device doesn't put out as much heat anymore or i've adapted (not sure which)
