Fulcrum is the bar underneath penis, while hanging correct? Is this for length or girth?
Correct. Focuses stretch more on tissue than ligaments. I've probably almost exhausted my ligament growth.

Busy week again. I think most days I was able to do about the same routine. 2-1/2 months to the next “official” measurement. I expect to have hit my short term goal by then.

MOS 3 sets @ 20 lb, 300 stretches. Hoping to do the full gamut tomorrow.

MOS 3 sets 20 lb 10 min each. LG 30 min @ 15 lb, pump 7 in Hg for 10 min, clamp 5 min, 600 stretches. 202 lb this morning. 12 lb to go.

Hi, I have read through your progress and it was REALLY IMPRESSIV, and so I became very interested in your routine, so I'm wondering what your weekly routine looks like and when you take breaks, etc. I'm thinking of starting, but I'm a complete beginner.

Hi, I have read through your progress and it was REALLY IMPRESSIV, and so I became very interested in your routine, so I'm wondering what your weekly routine looks like and when you take breaks, etc. I'm thinking of starting, but I'm a complete beginner.
Thanks. It's really simple:
100 stretches, mostly straight down or out
2 to 3 sets with a compression hanger using between 15 and 20 pounds, with 100 stretches between each set.
100 stretches
30 minutes to 1.5 hours with LG hanger using 5 to 10 pounds.
100 to 200 more stretches.

That's it. I used to schedule 5 days on, 2 days off, but lately I've been busy so I just go every day until I have a day I'm too busy and just take a rest day or two.

I take a lot of supplements and am pretty strict about my diet. I'm not a gym nut but I do workout regularly with my home gym and get a decent amount of exercise. None of that is for PE, but I'm sure it helps at least a little.

One thing I should also explain is that I let myself go for quite a while and was up to 250 pounds at one point and am now down to 202 with 12 still to go. I'm 5'11" and naturally muscular but at 250 pounds I was massively overweight with pre-diabetic blood sugar levels, high cholesterol and extremely high blood pressure from undiagnosed sleep apnea (mainly also due to my weight). I think getting serious about diet and exercise has helped since I started getting serious about my health shortly before discovering PE. My blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is normal, blood sugar is normal, after about 2 years. My testosterone level is in the 900s now. I also think I was up to half an inch longer when I was younger and atrophied over time, which would somewhat explain my unusually fast initial gains quickly getting back what I had to begin with. The other half of that equation is consistentcy. I haven't had any huge breaks unless it was impossible due to vacation or whatever.

P.S. If you're just starting out don't use anywhere near that much weight. Start with like 2 and build from there. Never hang with weight that is painful.

That's incredible progress you've made! Going from 250 pounds to 202 pounds is a significant achievement, and it's fantastic to hear that you've experienced improvements in your overall health as well. Your dedication to diet and exercise, along with your commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, have clearly paid off.

So I might as well do my best to dedicate myself to getting started with the routine you have recommended and experiment until I am satisfied with a specific routine that suits me, but yours is a good reference. Sure no problem! You'll want to experiment to find what works best for you, but that's what's been working for me. I forgot to add that I use a pump once a week and clamp every other week just to maintain good EQ. I'm not really concerned with girth anymore.

Yesterday MOS 2 sets 10 min each @ 15 lb, 300 stretches. Same today. I have some sensitivity in my glans so I’m waiting for that to go away before resuming the LG. Ordered a new glans cap and it should be here when I resume again.

Saturday MOS 2 sets @ 15 lb for 10 min each, 600 stretches. Sunday same except 3 sets and 800 stretches. Had the hardest erection in a very long time today. I'm pretty sure it's mostly the Pax/Korean ginseng.

Monday MOS 3 sets 10 min each @ 15 lb, 10 min pump at 7 in Hg, 5 min clamp. Tuesday off. Today same as Monday.

MOS 2 sets @ 15 lb, 300 stretches. Really feeling fatigue so that’s it for today. Glans cap arrived yesterday and sensitivity is gone so I may resume vacuum hanging tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s causing it but I’m getting random chubbies for no reason. Not titanium hard-ons that were the plague of the teenage years but I’m not complaining. I’ve been taking Pax ginseng for quite a while now and that is one of the side effects that have been reported. I’m going to start trying quality Ecuadorian cacao in my coffee in the morning to see how well it enhances my energy level. Higher vitamin D dosages (about 15000 IU) seems to accelerate my weight loss. 201 this morning. I’m going to start backing that off to 10000 IU. 11 pounds to my 190 target. Fat pad is thinner but still have a ways to go. It’s almost like it sags a bit now. I’m hoping to tighten that up as my fitness level improves. I wish I hadn’t been such a dumbass and let my health get so bad. I feel so good since losing over 40 pounds now, and eating healthy cutting out all the carbs and sugar and processed garbage.

Thurs, Fri, same routine, Friday pumped 15 min. Sat, Sun off, anniversary weekend with my wife. Today 2 sets MOS @ 15 lb, 10 min each, LG 30 min @ 10 lb. Still stuck at 201 (11 lb to go).

Are fulcrums for an increase in length, girth, or both, that you know of?
I think it's mostly for length since you're stretching out instead of stressing expansion. Everything I do personally is targeted for length. I've only gained girth by consequence. I started pretty thick so it hasn't been a concern for me.

Tuesday Wednesday same routine. Only did 10 lb per MOS session today and added a 5 minute pump. Right at 200 pounds this morning.

MOS 4 sets @ 15 lb, 7 min each, LG 30 min @ 10 lb. Sunday rest day. 199 lb this morning. 9 lb to go. Noticing fat pad lessened but is stubbornly still pretty thick.

Don't go by weight ,go by what you look like in the mirror. I've been wearing the silicon band up the base, and it does make the junk hang a bit more. I've been wearing it at work. In addition, if you want penis to appear a bit more hang before she sees you naked, instead of hiding ng it, which you have no issue, you were like six inches flaccid , just excuse yourself to bathroom or face away and take it off, right before she sees you. The visual aspect of a hanging penis causes something in a women. One of exes I stretched it out before me and the look on her face, with a compliment,was definitely worth it😁. Nice effort and putting the work in.
