The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine

Going to start this, I cannot view the videos on the original post so my question is, is it just a traditional squeeze holding at the base and below the glans? And also how long is each rep for the squeeze?

Hi. I've started this routine and I love it. But I have pretty big downward curve and question is does this "Side-to-Side" stretch would not make my curve any worse as we stretch more downward (as my curve is downward too)?

If you wish to target an upwards curve, you may consider exercise where fulcrums can help- like the V-Stretch

If this fails to yield satisfactory results, you should look into more concerted means to effect a change, like Erect Bends.

This is a traditional Squeeze where one hand is placed behind the glans with an OK grip, and the other hand is pressed deep into the base- also with an OK grip. Closing the grip with hold hands effects the Squeeze. Each rep is held for 5 seconds.

with the squeeze, should I only be squeezing with the thumb and index finger? Or can I use all fingers to Clamp down and squeeze? As I don’t feel much intensity just using the ok grip.

Thank you, Big Al! I will look in to these exercises. For now I would like to continue this jelq free routine and add exercises for curve later. So if I continue this routine my curve should not get worse? Because for now I'm ok with the curve, my plans are to fix it later, most important thing is not to make it into a hook completely until that :becky:

Thumb and forefinger should be sufficient at first, but if you need to include other fingers then do so.

Provided you're making a concerted effort to go counter to your curve (or at least not with it) with the movements possible, you shouldn't note a worsening.

Hey! How long 1 rep of side-to-side stretch should it take (from one thigh to another)?

It should take 1-2 seconds. If after some time you wish to experiment with slower stretch times you may do so.

In time, you can experiment with different rep speeds to see how they affect you.

There are plenty of other lengthening movements you can perform (see: Stretching Exercises), but what you can do will depend on your level of conditioning and experience.

I told me one time that Jelqing is very commonly used technique and not the best and this jelq free routine would be better for beginner.

And what about warm up, because when i warm up the penis it is so wet that i cannot hold it with fingers while side by side stretching and it slides over the fingers :d and i cannot finish 100 reps easily.
Whould be it bad if i do side by side without penis warm up? When the skin is dry i can do side by side better

The jelq is NOT always the best exercise for some, though many have make great gains with it. It's a good exercise to start with if your EQ needs work (as long as it's done with light force).

You can use a small cotton towel to pad and enhance your grip. You should also make sure to dry your penis thoroughly for any exercises requiring gripping.

Higher erection jelqs with a lot of lube for girth combined with stretches can be a good workout.

Hello.
i finished 3 weeks of active training (4 on, 3 off) and i gained 0.2 cm both in length and girth.
So now i want to continue (till i dont see any results) with the same program.

I have two questions,
1. Should i continue where i left with reps or no?
2. Should i change s2s with tension stretches if i want more length?
