To do the squeeze be at about 50-70% EQ and ok grip the base of your penis and the other hand ok grips below the head of your penis and squeeze. Hold it for about 5 to 10 seconds, that counts as 1.

Think of your penis as a pendulum. The movement should be a smooth arc to the left, then to the right- with perhaps a slight pause at each extremity of the range.

While you'll undoubtedly need to readjust your grip during the exercise, you don't need to reset after each rep.

Hey Al! I've been doing PE for a month and went from 9 to 9.4. Is the rotor stretch a better version of S2S since it does a full circle instead of a demi? I've been doing one day S2S one day rotor since I'm confused about them.

The S2S stretch puts more emphasis on the ligaments- which is why I recommend it over a full rotor style stretch. That being said, if you're getting good elongation of the ligaments but aren't able to target the shaft itself as well, a rotor style stretch can be useful- as could any stretch where the pull is directed upwards. Fulcrum style stretches are also good for this purpose.

Hey Al, I'm 9.5 now but I noticed 2 round spots where my foreskin is dark, I think they are bruises and EQ has not decreased. I've doing PE for 3 months now, should I take a break? I've seen a post on t******* p****, talking about deconditioning PE breaks after 2 months. Should I do them and for how much? After 2 months I got 0.44 inch gain and after the third 0.06 gain. <external link to competing forum deleted by moderator>

Congratulations on your gains!

You should be taking a break after 6 weeks of training, then resetting your volume as per the "2 steps forward/ 1 step back" protocol if you're resuming with the same routine.

Firegoat rolls can be helpful at alleviating spots- as is topical arnica. If this is occurring due to your stretches, you should use a small, fluffy cotton towel to pad and enhance your grip. You should also be sure to use only as much grip force as is needed to maintain the stretch.

Hey al, my ultimate goal is 12 long and 9 girth. CalcSD says the total ammount of blood would be 1.14 liters. Could that be too much blood and cause light headedness and fainting? 9.76 now btw

Your EQ will have to be phenomenal to both make and maintain those gains- as well as to keep maximum functionality.

Hey al, me again, I've plateaued on 9.76 so I am currently taking a month break. I have been doing it for 5 months and gained more than half an inche so I'm intermediate now. My friend told me now that I'm intermediate I'd have to have a new routine for 1 year. My begineer routine was flaccid stretches,S2S and jelqing. Am I going to have a completely new routine or just add new exercises to it? Could you please give me a list of the more advenced stretches I should add to/ replace my routine with.

Much will depend on how far you got with your current stretches. If they helped you make satisfactory gains- and the time involved isn't prohibitive- then stick with the same stretches.

If you need more challenging stretches, the Slow Crank or Tension Stretch would serve you well.

Hi can stretching create peyronies? I noticed today my penis when flaccid is always bent on the left when not 100% hard and I'm pretty sure my glans is tilting to the left when 100%.. When doing flaccid stretches my palm pushes against my flaccid shaft, so maybe that's why? Did this happen because I use a underhand grip for stretches?

You'd have to go out of your way to cause Peyronie's with stretches. There's literature showing how traction/training can actually assist with Peyronie's: Peyronie's.

Hello there !

Been looking for a non jelq routines and I stumbled upon this topic. After checking around 20 pages of posts in here, I have a two major questions no one asked so far (or I could not find it), @Big Al if You could help me out a bit, please:

- how long should one rep last ? Is it a fast pace or each move should take at least 2-3 secs ? I mean - 2-3 sec down, 2-3 sec to the left, 2-3 sec to the right. What do You recommend ?
- angle - how far shall I go to one of the side ? I tend to exaggerate and I would go 90deg left/ right from pulling down. Is touching inner thigh enough or shall I go further ?

Looking forward for the answers.

For the Side to Sides, approximately one second per rep.

- angle - how far shall I go to one of the side ? I tend to exaggerate and I would go 90deg left/ right from pulling down. Is touching inner thigh enough or shall I go further ?


Touch the lower inside of the thigh, swing downwards, and touch the other thigh in the same manner. You may exert a slight pause at the extreme ends of the movement.

@Big Al and does mastrubaiting effect the results? If yes, should I keep it to the minimum? Like once or twice a week?
