There is a technique called 'Firegoat Rolls' that seems to work very well for some guys in preventing, and even reversing, penis discoloration from intense routines, such as clamping etc. To do this, you simply 'roll' your penis between the palms of your hands after your workout. Imagine rolling a piece of dough into a tube or cylinder shape. Not too hard or too soft. Intensity of the rolling is determined by level of erection,etc. You can do these rolls while flaccid or up to 75% erect. Some do these from 2-5 minutes at a time. You should notice a quick reduction of discoloration. Serious discoloration may take some additional time.
