Just measured this morning,was 5.25 meg,a little over 6 one beg.pretty happy with that. A little while back i was about 5 weeks into a girth focused routine,about an hour after a session I measured 5.5meg and 6.5beg but guessing that was just some good pump after workout lol
After changing to standing position for squeezes I noticed it targeted the C.S. (I think that's the bottom chamber) a lot more.now when e.q. is at 8,9,10 it's very pronounced. It never was before(kinda oval shaped).I think that's where my newest gains came from
A few weeks into a length focused routine now,doing a few squeezes and doing tension stretches. We'll see how that goes.did s2s for a while,got up to 1200,felt great,felt effective but no gains.so I'm gonna try tensions.they are verry simple but very intense,be careful lol. flacid hang afterwards is pretty awesome
I think I created an imbalance in my pelvic floor doing girthwork for a year.lots of kegal and squeezing. I notice reverse kegal and stretching go good together. Some kegals with stamina work at the end should help balance it out.. I hope

we'll see how this phase works out

One thing I added a wile back was in-between stes of squeezes(I do 5 and then switch hands)I do semi erect bend( guess that's what they're called ) for a few seconds. At 60-70 %, erection still a little bit bendable, I ok grip at the base,do some directional bends,then I do two fingers ,do bends, then three fingers,do bends ,then four.kinda stretching the engorged tunica at different points all the way from base to tip.not sure if it contributed but the ruler don't lie
It's funny, the damn thing still looks the same to me

I guess if I close my eyes and just feel,It feels a bit thicker.
Shooting for some elusive (for me) length gains now hope I don't lose any girth gains.hope some are cemented after this last year.still do like 10 or so squeezes before my length focused workouts so we'll see what happens. In my 3rd week now
