Yeah, I didn't realize just how much more intense just changing positions could be.this is my 5th or 6th 6week cycle and just that little change was immense. I actually basically started over at 10 squeezes and I slowed the s2s down to like 2 seconds. I realized the new intensity of the standing position and the more time under tension on the slower movement on stretch, but was still doing the Advanced squeezes.i guess it was a bit too much lol

Think I'm gonna take a few weeks decon. Then ready work on equipment and conditioning. I've seen some links earlier in the thread I'll fish through. Then ease back into the trainig

It's tempting to want to rush things, but erring on the side of caution is always best. You can always add to your training, but if you overwork or overdo something, you can't take that back. Best case scenario, you need to rest a bit and adjust your intensity and/or volume. Worst case scenario, you can hurt yourself.

Just measured this morning,was 5.25 meg,a little over 6 one beg.pretty happy with that. A little while back i was about 5 weeks into a girth focused routine,about an hour after a session I measured 5.5meg and 6.5beg but guessing that was just some good pump after workout lol

After changing to standing position for squeezes I noticed it targeted the C.S. (I think that's the bottom chamber) a lot more.now when e.q. is at 8,9,10 it's very pronounced. It never was before(kinda oval shaped).I think that's where my newest gains came from

A few weeks into a length focused routine now,doing a few squeezes and doing tension stretches. We'll see how that goes.did s2s for a while,got up to 1200,felt great,felt effective but no gains.so I'm gonna try tensions.they are verry simple but very intense,be careful lol. flacid hang afterwards is pretty awesome

I think I created an imbalance in my pelvic floor doing girthwork for a year.lots of kegal and squeezing. I notice reverse kegal and stretching go good together. Some kegals with stamina work at the end should help balance it out.. I hope

Thanks to all,these exercises have been great. When from 4.5 to 5.25 Meg and 4.5 to 6 beg in the last year!!!

One thing I added a wile back was in-between stes of squeezes(I do 5 and then switch hands)I do semi erect bend( guess that's what they're called ) for a few seconds. At 60-70 %, erection still a little bit bendable, I ok grip at the base,do some directional bends,then I do two fingers ,do bends, then three fingers,do bends ,then four.kinda stretching the engorged tunica at different points all the way from base to tip.not sure if it contributed but the ruler don't lie 😀

It's funny, the damn thing still looks the same to me 😆 I guess if I close my eyes and just feel,It feels a bit thicker.

Shooting for some elusive (for me) length gains now hope I don't lose any girth gains.hope some are cemented after this last year.still do like 10 or so squeezes before my length focused workouts so we'll see what happens. In my 3rd week now

Congratulations on your progress!

If you're noting any issues with the pelvic floor regarding flexibility, you may consider regularly engaging in resting in a full squat position to help. If you're not used to that, you may need to limit your time to 60 seconds or less- and you may require to use some sort of a support to descent and rise safely.

So I've been focusing on length work since about mid november,about 4 1/2 months now.ive been doing tension stretches and they seem to have started working 💪

My flacid stretch lenght( fsl) has shot up dramatically in the last month or so. For me ,it has always been a half inch shorter then my EL, BP and nbp.for the last month or so it's been longer. My fsl is now up to 5 7/8 from 5 inches and bpfsl is up to 6 7/8. That's pretty impressive to me in a few months.
Length gains have been elusive to me up until this point. This last week my el and bpel have been up about 1/8, from 5.5nbpel to 5 5/8 and bpel from 6.5 to 6 5/8.😀

7/8 gain in fsl and 1/8 gain in el. Looks like we're heading in the right direction.💪

I've been doing tension stretches 4 days a week, M t t f with Wednesday and Saturday Sunday as rest days

I've noticed that I have lost some girth gains but my eq always seems to suffer when working on length for some reason. But I'll work on that later. I'll ride this train for a while and see were it takes me 😆

I've also noticed that most members state their fsl to be longer than their el,mine has always been like a half inch shorter( until recently). Not too sure what all that means but I guess we are all built differently.

Sorry for blowing up the thread but I figured if someone was looking into this routine that this may be of some interest. This routine WORKS!!!.
I gained (at one point) 1 inch in Meg and 2inch of beg in a little over a year with squeezes. Lost about .5 Meg and 1 inch beg in the last few months( guess not cemented) , and now have gained 7/8inch in fsl and 1/8 el in just 4.5 months doing tensions.
Maybe more gained in length and less lost in girth but eq is down. I'll do a real measurement in some weeks after this cycle is done on rest week

I really like how this isolates girth and length separately, it feels way more targeted. That "one day on, one day off" schedule is also key. recovery is where the magic actually happens anyway.

Kinda playing around with the routine this cycle, I wanted to ad some girth work bak in. I've been adding time to each squeeze and stretch instead of adding reps. I've been doing half hour of squeezes and a half hour of tension strethces. Adding a second or two to each rep.

Im three weeks in and it seems to be going good so far. Bpfsl was at 7 1/8 the past few days.nbpsfl was at 6 1/8. That's up about a quarter inch in the past few weeks. Did a quicker measurement the other day and was at 5 3/4 nbpel and 63/4 bpel. Not quite 100% eq.( kinda ruler shy). That's up 1/8 since I last measured. Not sure how much can atest to the new variation,but over all looking good. Seems about 1/4 inch of el and 1 1/8 fsl gains in 6 about 6 months
