LOL at dart player.1/8" WOW you skinny git!! I only have a measuring tape so I can't do BPEL accurately but to give you a rough idea of what my BPEL is I would say I'm built like a darts player![]()
LOL at dart player.Without a tape measure get your finger next to your thumb and stick it into your fat pad and see how deep it goes. Mine goes up to the line (which is in my finger).

I got to within 10 pounds of my ideal weight a while back, and although I wasn't measuring myself back then, I don't think it changed at all. I think I'd have to get very skinny for it to change, but I hope I'm wrong.

Guys, is the only way to lose the fat pad is by losing fat? I don't really want to lose that much more fat on my body. When I get skinny, my face looks gaunt and older lookingI've lost a little bit of fat recently after a bulking phase which subsequently cut about .15" off my fatpad (I'm now .6"). When I was fatter my face looked healthier.
Surgery may help, but you have to ask a good doctor.Guys, is the only way to lose the fat pad is by losing fat?
