Ask your mum!
Or it could just be how your body is built. If you are truly less than 7% bf you won't have much of any fat anywhere on your body. You'd be ripped basically. I'm around the 6/7 percentage and I am lean mean machine.

you are correct in your thinking, i am ripped, im ripped to shreds and its natural, the only problem i have is not being able to gain weight very easy... even when i train and diet hard to gain weight, i find it extremely difficult... it took me a month to gain 7lb... eating 6000 kal a day and training hard... i lost it again within 1 week of being busy... ate the same diet didnt train...lost what id gained...

i was signed off from a dietition because no matter what i tried or she suggested, i didnt gain no weight over a 6 month period.. you should have seen my food diary... the lady almost feinted when she read it lol

my metabolism is extremely high.

Do you need a trainer? I am either thinking you are like the other 95% of people and just don't eat and diet properly, or you could be within the small 5% of people that are are TRUE hardgainers. But I doubt that, that is very rare. Even when eating a lot of food, your diet can still be sh*t and your training can still be sh*t, which means sh*t results.

If that was directed to me, I know I eat really shitty haha. That's what I've been working on for the past few weeks and I already feel like Ii have much more energy. (I also stopped drinking soda for the most part)

I'm starting to think I might be on the larger (Fatter) side. LOL

I think this because the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL is about 1.1-1.2 inches and I was wondering what you guys have as a difference.
Mine is the same as you but I am not fat oddly enough not from what people tell me. I have 1-1.1 inch difference between NBEL and BPEL.
I am 6 foot 2 and weigh only around 185.....................weird. My friend who is quite rotund and has a 1 inch fat pad has commented on how strange he thinks this is for a guy who is in shape like me lol. So, unusual? Maybe...

I'm 5'11'' about 227lbs. Fat pad > 1.5''.
I'm on diet and exercising the last 2+ months (together with PE). I'm satisfied with my progress. I'm loosing pounds as I'm writing. In a few months I will have better numbers to post here. Until today, I've lost 30lbs already and more will go.
I've seen about half inch increase in NBPEL, which is from the 30lbs I've lost + PE results.

As a simple rule, I think it is like about 1cm NBPEL gain for every 10kg you loose (if you are fat) - can't clearly tell for me, because I'm also having BPEL gains (from PE) at the same time.

Dang at 6'2", 185 I'd think you'd have no more than .5 haha. I'm at 230 right now but that fluctuates a few pounds everyday.

The difference between your Bone Pressed and Non Bone Pressed erect length. (measuring the fatpad)

I'm 5'10'' about 205 pounds.

Good Luck!

That's strange. You don't seem to be that heavy yet you still have a bigger fat pad than most?? I do remember reading though every 30 pounds can lead to a half inch to full inch increase in your NBPEL. Good luck with your goals bud.

Mine has gone up a bit. Not really gaining weight but I'm not eating well and sleeping poorly due to attempting school part time and work full time. Plus having a girlfriend.... no time to do anything. Heh. Fluctuating between .75" and 1"

Weird isn't it?
This is why I am going to be working on exercises that make me lean especially on my pelvic area. Challenge accepted.
