I'm starting to think I might be on the larger (Fatter) side. LOL

I think this because the difference between my BPEL and NBPEL is about 1.1-1.2 inches and I was wondering what you guys have as a difference.

I'm a pretty fit guy and I used to get about a 0.9 inch difference because of the way that I measured. Make sure that you are taking a BPEL properly...I need to run out for a few minutes but if you give me the time I can find you a link explaining the correct and incorrect ways...

I usually measure about 1 inch differential so I had to debate myself before choosing .75 - .99 instead of 1.01 - 1.24. Since it is usually 1 inch, I normally first do a BP measurement and subtract 1 to calculate my NBP.

How much body fat would you need to lose to lose .25" from your fat pad? I put on some fat while on a bulking diet. My BPEL has increased recently but my NBPEL hasn't. I put on around an inch around my waist(gained 10 kgs of fat and muscle). I'm wondering how much weight I will need to lose as I quite like being heavier.

i've gotten my fat pad down to a quarter inch or less, and worked very hard to do so. i lost almost 60 pounds and took about an inch off my fat pad.

I read once in a popular men's mag. that 30 pounds equals a half inch. I'm sure some men have a fat pad that won't budge--others for whom weight loss will make a big difference. I'll let you guys know pic-wise when I hit 180 pounds again.
