Russian economy continues the slow motion bus crash and will not recover in my lifetime . Mind you I am concerned about the economies of the collective west .

So if oil prices go up which will help Putin why will his economy collapse? You have been saying for years Russian economy will collapse and it's still fine. Remember when you're backed by China nothing too terrible will happen

If the price of oil and some other commidities goes up it will help Putin.
The Rus economy is in deep trouble , it is headed for North Korea territory though I doubt they will get wide spread starvarion . Trump is the best chance they have .

There’s a bright idea to Trump‘s chaotic policies. Ukraine is open to “investment” from allies as long as they help it fight Russia, President Zelenskyy said after Trump demanded Kyiv supply the US with rare earth resources – critical elements used in electronics – in exchange for military aid.

The Ukes continue to break the Rus economic infrastructure particularly oil . The cost of the war is beyond Rus ability to bear and their economy continues to break down . Their offical interest rate of 21% is not enough to bring inflation under control, bancrupcy is continuing to climb yada yada .

We should step back on just about everything our sh1t government has put us into. Especially with Ukraine and Israel
Trump has no obligation to cause Russia any harm, and Uke is the first place we should cut off

Of course they will continue to fight they have done it before and they know the US is not releliable .
The Rus have taken 800,000 casualities and destroyed their economy etc .
The US has already reduced support and the result is more deep attacks desroying Rus infrastructure .
I expect the Rus to fold one way or another by the end of the year.

The risk re Rus continuing longer than I think is the increasing support from axis country particularly North Korea .
So who has gained from the war well North Korea ,Iran ,China ( cheap oil trade at good prices etc ) India (cheap oil prices ) .
Also a number of allied country benifit particularly those that sell oil . Perhaps members could help ne with a list

Ukraine will be surrendering soon and there will be no shift in border lines.
When that happens, and it won't be to long, you will still believe Ukraine won the war.

You want to put a time frame on that supposed Uke surrender ? Like I said before Trump is the best chance for the survival of the Rus economy . Lifting sanctions might well be worse for the Ukes ( depending how much oil infrastructure they destroy ) than stoping arms .
