Also does your varicocele hurt on its own? Did you feel your CPPS pain somewhere different than your varicocele if your varicocele hurt to?

no my varicocele has never hurt on its own. its usually the testicles. but its rare tho. i got it checked n its a cyst plus varicocele apparently . doc was like if u dont have kids or something in the future, we could get surgery but otherwise just leave it alone since it isnt much of a bother.

altho i have to say this. i discovered masturbation when i was 12 or 13. and i got varicocele when i was 14. maybe i wasnt masturbating the right way or something. im not really a clencher but excessive masturbation couldve led to the varicocele. i honestly think a lotta ppl have tense pelvic floors. in fact it is common. but its only when u run into something like not being able to take a sh*t or take a piss that u realize oh omg somethings up with me.

Right. Hunching forward could be a sign of a shortened and/or tight iliopsoas. In my varicocele case it is caused primarily by a shortened iliopsoas which could be tight as well. Secondary by pelvic floor imbalance, and tertiary by an enlarged colon.

So stretching exercises that stretch the iliopsoas and/or exercises that release the iliopsoas could help. You can Google and YouTube search for those. The archer stretch helps alot for mine.

What the testicular massaging means in your case is that the varicocele is not caused by what urologists like to ascribe it to 100% of times which is failing valves. If your varicocele was caused by failing valves massaging your testicles wouldn't help your varicocele shrink.

If none of the iliopsoas exercises work for your varicocele, we have to rule out pelvic floor and enlarged colon. Once we've ruled out all of those compressions we can start thinking of general localized circulation impediment and help that out. Improving circulation prematurely without having ruled out a compression could potentially harm the varicocele condition even further.

the archer stretch is for the back isnt it. thats what i got when i was googled. holding ur hand behind ur back.

Basically when I do stretches with this position for 5 minutes my varicocele dissapears significantly for a whole day. It slowly comes back over the course of 1 to 2 days. Sometimes it comes back earlier. According to my physiotherapist this is because the muscle needs proper lenghtening else the varicocele will return. I haven't mustered the motivation and energy so far to do it consequently because my sleeping pattern has been bad (because of other personal reasons). My varicocele also tends to return due to stress and anxiety, which I currently endure alot in my life situation. This is most likely due to the pelvic floor, but presumptively other muscles can be involved to. According to my PT stress and anxiety cause to offset problems as it tenses up alot of muscles, including the iliopsoas and pelvic floor and to properly heal my condition I should get rid of these "freeze ups" but because of my screwed up family situation this is very hard to achieve.

Also because I use supplements alot I have yet to find out which ones are bad and which ones aren't. I plan on quitting them altogether to start healing my varicocele once and for good through exercises.

I have never had official CPPS but my pelvic floor is tight according to my PT, and on rare occasions I get a temporarily sensation of pain in the muscles that run below my lower groin. PT also diagnosed shortened and/or tight iliopsoas. I am still visiting her.

My varicocele is good when all circumstances are right, only when it bloats due to stress and anxiety is when it starts becoming achy.

It also becomes painful after having used a circulation boosting supplement like cayenne pepper (which did make it drain, and not bloat) or a nitric oxide booster like horse chestnut. (Which did make it bloat as well) Vitamin D3 also makes it bloat and painful.

stress from family situtations. dude i am in the same boat. lol

While this kinda stress can exacerbate things, i dont think this is the cause of it. like with anything, stress makes things worse. but yeah, recovery will be slow when ur stressed out.

i think a good idea would be to make the stretches an everyday thing. ive been doing them for a month twice a day and have gotten considerable improvements for my cpps.

Yeah you're right. Family situations is bad. Yes, stress is not a cause therefor the idea that I can heal my varicocele is hopeful. I will do exercises daily. I will force myself lol. The iliopsoas and pelvic floor are connected to eachother to I think. Could mean some interesting implications.

Mine got much smaller since I've been doing these kind of "archer" position stretches but lets call them psoas stretches to avoid confusion. It used to be lumpy but not anymore. Keep us up to date man! We can really use your information on findings.

How did you do the psoas scretches? my physio has told me to do it which i couldn't make it get better so I have been advised to go to pilates class which I am going to book it.

I can feel the muscles in my upper left leg cramp. The dull feeling I felt was not due to the varicocele blood reflux, but due to these leg muscles cramping. When I use Ashwagandha, it relaxes my nervous system, so my pelvic floor doesn't get triggered to constrict, and I discovered I would still feel the dull feeling in my crotch, but it was actually the muscles in my upper leg that were cramping, and my varicocele stayed small.

So the doctors are lying! That dull feeling are muscles in your upper leg. Atleast as was the case with me. The muscle cramps made me instinctively associate the pain with my crotch, while in fact the actual pain was felt in my left buttock area. My mind played a trick on me making me believe it came from the crotch.

Would love to try this, but first I would like to spin my testicle if it is really turned. You mentioned it previously. I really cannot feel if it is turned or not though. Is there any visit or scan that I can do to discover it?
And also when I do stretching it seems not to help. And I cannot massage my balls, cause it makes me fucking horny, my balls are too sensitive. When I did managed to massage them it didn't seem to help.
I have it since when I was 13 and now I am 26 and for me it was not a problem till a couple of years ago. Any advice???
