I believe I'm about a week or close to two weeks without any porn. (wasn't counting, just decided to stop randomly)

No craving really whatsoever.

I don't think I'm addicted to it, however I can assume it has caused some of my performance anxiety, size insecurity and reduced EQ.

Can't be certain I'll remove it permanently, but as of now I think I'm going to stop seeking porn & masturbating to it.

I have pretty frequent sex, so I realized I don't have a need for frequent masturbation.

Plus, not masturbating as often will cause my penis to become more sensitive yeah? I'd really like that, as I'm tired of having sex until my penis goes numb & then I cannot reach orgasm.

Home stretch. Few days to go and I'll have made it three months of no porn. 2 months no fap too.

Haha nice one! Looks like a lot of people started as new years resolution so :D

Yeah I started it for the new year. Watched porn for hours on December 31st to get my 'fix' of it haha.

Surprised I have managed to make it so easily to be honest. I have had a few moments where I wanted to watch but not a burning desire.

Not sure what I'll do after this month. I'll probably watch it occasionally but I used to watch it a few times a week. Maybe I'll watch it one or twice a month or something. When I finished watching it, it wasn't even doing that much for me anyway. Like it was fun, but it wasn't turning me on hugely. Probably because I watched too much of it over the years and there wasn't anything 'new' for me to watch

I think I will stay off it, myself. I only started watching it daily last year and it fucked me up. sh*t libido, ED, Prem-ejac, etc.

No desire for porn, but large desire for masturbation.

I decided to ejac. today (my date canceled lol)
I realize that I have no need for porn, however I have the issue where if I masturbate, I then want to do it multiple times in a day.

Aiming for just once a week. (other than sex)

Best is to stop the porn all together. Try get back to your fantasy stages in the teens, when just thinking about a sexy step aunt would make you bust. Think we can all agree porn is like a black hole once you start you're sucked into things that groced you out a few year's ago, been no fap for about 3 weeks.

I'm on day 14 without porn. This is not the first time I have tried to stop, but I will succeed this time! I have realized that I am addicted to porn, which I couldn't admit to myself before. I can even see/imagine porn I have seen before, if I let my mind wander. The craving is big but I will prevail!

By God's grace and help plus being strategic in avoiding what triggers me, I have made up to 70 days...and you can too.

April 1st. I made it !!!

Three months without watching porn!!!

Made it pretty easily to be honest. Not desperate to go back to watching either so if I do watch it again it will probably end up being closer to 4 months than 3 before I do.

I've tried this a handful of times before, and I think my longest time was just over three weeks. It's always the same story. When I'm in a period of high sexual drive, I find it's pretty easy to go without any pornographic stimulation.. But when my sexual drive inevitably drops in a cyclical fashion, that's when I start watching porn again. It's always the same. I'll just think, well once won't hurt, right? And I'll look at pictures / videos of old sexual partners.. Then before I know it, I've seamlessly transitioned into using full on porn again as if on auto-pilot. Then weeks / months later, become self aware of the issue again, and decide to make a change. So here I am, again.

Anyone have any tips for stopping this permanently? I'm trying to look at where I've gone wrong in the past.. Do I literally just need more willpower?

If you are serious about stopping...look into the website Fight The New Drug and their Fortify program.

Is it a myth that quitting porn, masturbation, and ejaculation stops you objectifying women? When I get on a streak, my sex drive goes wild and all I think about is shagging girls which to be honest makes more sense considering I will be horny as hell. Stopping objectifying women doesn't make much sense, I think to do that one would have to lower their sex drive. Might be different if I had a gf and was having sex then I might see it as more of a romantic activity but being single I can't see how one would stop objectifying women.

The simple use of the terms "objectifying women" makes me cringe. Thats some femi-nazi vocabulary. There's nothing wrong and its all natural that a man feels physically attracted to a woman, we are designed to feel and think like that. Its not "objectifying" women...

2 months 3 days with no porn, I'll be honest and say I miss it.
I'm having urges, mainly in my dreams to watch porn, but I usually just wake up & masturbate so I can get rid of the urge.

I'm not being visually stimulated as much as I'm used to, the woman I'm seeing doesn't take her shirt off during sex due to stretch marks from pregnancy (twins), & while the sex is satisfying & fun, she isn't as tight as I'm used to so the sensations are less intense other than orgasm.

I'm trying to put my shallowness aside for her though, because I'm falling for her and I love spending time with her because we laugh so much.

I'm trying to figure out if sacrificing total sexual satisfaction for part satisfaction is something I as a human should compromise on in terms of the long run?

I really fucked up tonight though. I messaged a friend who is engaged but I find her insanely attractive and asked what colour panties she was wearing :bad: 2:30am here and can't sleep because I'm too horny and not even gone long without ejaculation. I did a 6 days 4 hour streak, fapped, 1 day streak, fapped, then fapped the next day and I usually fap 2-3 times on those fap days.

May have just completely ruined that friendship but I can't stop thinking about sex.

I think I'm just really sexually frustrated. Would love to hear reports from guys who don't PMO whilst they aren't having sex either. Seems like an impossible thing to accomplish and it may make you become stronger in terms of willpower and control but is it worth it in terms of happiness? Seems like a miserable way to live.
