If the Mother is sure he is the Dad, she could, would be okay with it.
In late nineties, early two thousands one out of every ten Fathers were not the Childs father. Now a days it seems like more than this. I know a guy, from the gym, he raised a ten year old, and recently found out from a dna it wasn't his. He was going to go to court and get money from the mother. This never happened, and now he has custody of the ten year old child, for the summer. I honestly dont know how he didnt know bc hes dark black and the kid has almost white skin. I could go on with another appearant case.
