Well boys, I have decided to man up and do a PE session. I can't let hemorroids be an excuse! Anyways, I am warming up as I am typing this and have 11 minutes till my session begins. I am so PUMPED!

Sorry about the hemoroids; my doc told me I'll never get them because, in his words,I'm a perfect asshole! I wonder how he meant that!
Thanks BigO! The big circles with my stretches are the perfect combination I think for length. I always have a good sore now on my rest days.Raider, your routine looks great, our stretching routines are very similar. I just do the pumping instead of the jelques. I am holding many of my stretches long as well and the circle stretches may be basic but it sure is a great way to pull on it. Logs looking put together nicely. Keep on truckin.
