I've been doing 2-4 sets of these during my warmup in the shower. And just bundling up is a pretty good stretch :p

I do a manual stretching as often as I can and these are great!
The best part about manual stretching is that you can apply as much tension as you want and they are simple to do.
I'd say if folks are just starting to do these type of stretches to start with a light tension and go from there (same goes for time)...

Well your best bet is that you're starting your second rep too early. Are you cut or uncut? With just one hand jelq up to below your glans and then hold it there and start your other rep, it is not neccessary that you have both hands on your unit when you jelq, lord knows I don't. I do a rep and as I'm finishing my first one I just put my hand down there to get ready, but never hold it. Maybe you should consider doing this? What are your starting stats?

Ah, thank you. I get it now as you said 'get ready, but never hold it.' Uncut, which is why when I stretch I had the problem of kegeling and the glans/head being pulled back so that my fingers were grasping it, hence the questions.

Stats
erect length 5.7/8
erect girth 5.5 at middle
BPFSL about 5.3/4 (was optimistic here before, maybe i was really warm or something, no chance of hitting 5.8 now lol)

I seem to be able to do a better jelq with the palm up grip, but I can see what you mean about getting closer to the base with the 'overhand' as recommended. I do 85/90% of my jelqs overhand or the 'correct' way, but sometimes I find I have trouble knowing where I am or how much pressure I'm using. All learning I guess. I'm kind of blind man leading himself right now, and I haven't seen any PI's or negative for that matter, so just going to continue what I'm doing and try and figure it out. Thakns for the help and have a good trip.

Holy crap I made a gain!

2 nights ago, (after pe)

I had made a tiny .2 or so gain in length, I think. (measured before bed, about 2 hours later)

Saw the gf last night.... ejaculated.

Haven't had time yet to measure again but, holy crap I made a gain! What do I do in terms of my wkout? I'm on JP's beginner routine but I admit I'm throwingin some extras, JAI stretches for 5/6 sets of 3/4 a day, and a couple of internal stretches. Trying to spot PI's etc etc etc, but in simple terms, do i just get over my excitement and shut up and carry on doing the workout lol (I think I did 4 days in a row, didnt last night due to gf, so can continue tonight.)

Big thanks Millia!

edit:

I would say as well, before past week, i felt my EQ go down slightly, in fact a fair amount.... so I gavemyself a couple of days off, (also from ejaculating) then hit it hard when I came back (4 days on of the JP program I think).

When I started PE, I liked it because i got good flaccid hang and EQ was up. Then as I say, EQ dropped... In light of hte last 2/3 days of pe, the turtling was slightly alarming... but i kept through it, sometimes i didnt ejaculate if i didnt feel good, but that's about it. can turtling ever be a good pi lol? Cant really identify yet, but that's just more info for anyone that cares lol. thanks.

The beginning post in this thread NEEDS to become an article. I just sent Millia a PM about it.

Millia, have you tried bundled LAS's? I do them fairly often, but since I don't seem able to gain much of anything any longer (except debt), they aren't doing much for me. For gainers though, I have to think bundled LAS's will hit the tunica real nicely.

Basically, i just wanted to ask.

What are the recommended amount of sets and reps?

Currently doing 2 sets, 1 set of 2 x 30 sec to the left and 1 set to the right.

lelouch, it all depends on your level of PE experience. I have found from personal experience that starting out very low (like what you have outlined above) is the best way because it is safe. Keep at that for now, and then work your way into doing more sets and duration.

Wow I just discovered these last week thanks to your article Millia. These stretches are great! I can really feel the tunica getting stretched in every direction. Thank you so much for posting information about these stretches. The best part is that they can be done in the shower so even if you have company over for a week and lack privacy for a device-based routine, these bundled stretches make an excellent substitute.

The only thing I don't like about the bundled stretch is the name. I think I didn't investigate this stretch sooner because of it's name making it seem like a long and complicated "bundle" of different stretches. I think a better name would be the Twist Stretch.

There's an exercise in Aaron's book called the twisting stretch that is somewhat similar, but no where near as intense as the bundled stretches.

Hey Feralwolf, thank you man I appreciate the compliments man :) and as far as the name goes, I wish I could change it, but I kept the name the same because I guess you could call it it's universal name, whoever came up with the stretch called it that so I guess that's how it shall remain, and like Waylander suggested, there already is a twist stretch but it is completely different. Perhaps corkscrew stretch or something.

millia , I started doing the bundled stretches and really like them .
I saw that you can also do them like regular stretches .
Similar to JP's . Rotary and Directional .
I figure I'll break after each 2 rotations . So as to not overdo them .
Thoughts ?
maelman out !!!

I think that will work out very good, I know that your unit seems to get fatigued by them easier than regular stretches, so just watch those PIs buddy!
You have a IR heating lamp right? If you do, I'd use that in between sets while doing helis to maintain good circulation and loose tunica/ligs :)
