Well boys, I have decided to man up and do a PE session. I can't let hemorroids be an excuse! Anyways, I am warming up as I am typing this and have 11 minutes till my session begins. I am so PUMPED!

That was a great session

20 minute warm up with rice sock
Basic stretch in each direction for 45 seconds followed by 10 big circles
Two 30 second tunica tugs
Bundled strech in each direction for 30 seconds followed by 5 big circles
Two 30 second tunica tugs
Jelqs:
5 Ok grip underhand
5 Ok grip overhand
5 V-jelq
15 minutes edging

The hemorroids didn't really bother me at all until I got to the edging so if I plan on continuing I think, for now, I'll havee to cut them out.

I'm liking the 1 on 1 off routine a little more. I feel like the extra rest helps alot. I'm going to workout tonight after spending the day with my girlfriend.

I just got 3 filling put so I can't feel the right side of my face or my toungue LOL =D

Boy was tonights workout a good one!

20 minute warm up with rice sock

6 Supra Slammers (I came on the 4 and edged for about 5 minutes fater the 6th)

This workout felt so amazing! =D

Keep up the good work. Reading this makes me wanna get to work on some PE. I've been using an extender. I'm lazy lol.

Sorry about the hemoroids; my doc told me I'll never get them because, in his words,I'm a perfect asshole! I wonder how he meant that!

Raider, your routine looks great, our stretching routines are very similar. I just do the pumping instead of the jelques. I am holding many of my stretches long as well and the circle stretches may be basic but it sure is a great way to pull on it. Logs looking put together nicely. Keep on truckin.

Thanks for the excellent title CUSP! Haha and the hemorroids are almost gone and I've been PEing with it so it's not a big deal anymore.

Thanks BigO! The big circles with my stretches are the perfect combination I think for length. I always have a good sore now on my rest days.

So last nights edging was somewhat different. After about 20 minutes with a rice sock I started my edging session and after a few minutes I decided to do a Uli. Over then next 20-30 minutes I was just edging to full erection, and then doing a 30 second Uli and then a 15 second horse squeeze.I could FEEL a difference in my girth afterwards! I have a tiny bit of bruising today but that was expected since I did two intense workouts yesterday. Can't wait to get at it tomorrow! =D

The flaccid hang was very nice today ;) Haha. It wasn't a whole lot longer than usual but there was a notible increase in girth...which is great. I'm excited for getting another workout in tomorrow.

I've come to realize that I'm not going to be set on a 1 on 1 off or 2 on 1 off, instead I'm going to just go with how my dick feels which I believe will help me out in the long run.
