So very little weight is necessary to keep fully extended in the anti-turtling sleeve. Using a silicone sleeve large enough to be comfortable but still snug, with a thin (or well stretched) sleeve to hold the sleeve against the base and also hold body heat, along with another shorter heavier sleeve that holds the end and also prevents slipping, as well as a little heat retention, is providing some pretty great changes in flaccid size. I haven't measured erect size since doing this and have only really had one full glory erection since trying this, but my wife said I was "really fucking long" so hopefully the ruler will agree the next time I do a measurement.

The thick sleeve I'm using at the end carries enough weight that when junior starts to heat up it pulls it down and I can feel the gentle tug when I'm walking or moving. This is exactly what I was after. Something comfortable to wear all the time, fairly easy to remove to pee, and enough extension that any "cementing" is at as an extended a state as possible. As it relaxes and warms up, everything moves down about half an inch, so I pull it snug up against the base, and within about 20 minutes or so it's hanging mostly flat and can easily be worn in public with baggy clothes.
Hey bro, would you mind sharing a picture or a different explanation of this method. English is not my first language and I would greatly appreciate it if you could dumb it down for me.

The simple explanation is a snug sleeve on the shaft, one over that one at the base, and another at the end behind the glans. The two on top need to be short.

Continuing the same routine, using the vibrating ring during hanging sessions. No changes in length or girth yet. The hanging portion of the last couple weeks have been interesting, trying to lose erections from the PT-141. Just touching it causes rock hard erections and putting the hanger on with an erection is basically impossible and probably unsafe anyway. It made sliding into the pump super easy though haha. I detailed my first experiences with it here.

The last couple days I’ve been trying to add extender time and do 2 sessions a day. Post session stretched flaccid shows promise but the next day shows no gains. A little frustrating but expected.

Got busy and took a two day break but I got back to it today and did 2 sessions. I added the extender for the first session and added a long pumping session for the second session. I went back to the larger 2.25 diameter tube since the 2 inch one needs a ton of lube or I just get stuck inside. I set it up a bit differently with the vibrating ring behind the bumper seal on the bottom of the tube, with a sleeve to prevent too much expansion outward. Post-session gains show a tiny bit extra but no actual erect gains yet.

Still trying to squeeze in sessions around a busy schedule. No gains since increasing work from a maintenance routine, but no decrease either. I’m thinking the vibrating ring I have isn’t a high enough amplitude to effect anything. May look into getting a larger motor. The ring actually does feel pretty good but I’m not sure it’s effective for PE.

Ey man, I read your comment somewhere on the forum about the combination of clamping and citruline, that I am currently doing as well with the same positive results. When I read your log I understand you are using the sillistretcher, I never heard of it. Are you still using it and I don’t know if I googled it correct but saw it costs 250$, thats quite expensive, and since I never used this type of device before I am hesitating a bit. I am almost the same length, 7.6”, slowly gaining trying to get to the 8” as well but my big challenge is to get thicker. You think the sillistretcher was like the golden ticket or is it more the combination of different activities? Nice to read your log and progress by the way, inspires me to keep going for the 8” :)

I haven’t used the sillistretcher for a while now (years). I used the LG hanger for quite a while but the last year or so I’ve just been using a Total Man compression hanger. I’ve been focusing on EQ lately but if I gain any more length it looks like it’s going to be a while. It seems everyone hits a wall around the 2 inch mark and then gains become unbelievably slow. Vibration seems to be the next big thing. When I have the time I might try building a DIY vibration / pump setup with a larger vibration motor.

No routine changes. No gains since restarting but EQ issues seem to be resolved now. I think it was just stress. I ordered a larger vibration motor (the one recommended by somebody who DIY'ed the crazy expensive Phalback). I think I'll 3D print some brackets to mount it to my larger pump tube. Once it arrives it shouldn't be difficult to design some brackets. I have the power supply for it but I'm still waiting on the motor itself. The small ring vibrator I have doesn't really make any difference other than feeling good, which I suppose was the real intent of it, lol.

Don't forget the leg rests, it makes sure the pump isn't just shaking around

My wife has been saying the last couple times, it felt bigger. I know it’s not longer or thicker so it must be better EQ. The PT-141 definitely helps with hardness. Good to know it’s enough difference for her to notice.

I received the vibration motor today. It's got significantly more oomf than the sex toy ring I was using. I'm printing out a quick design in polycarbonate to mount it to my larger 2.25" tube with a small bit of padding, so it doesn't rattle the sh*t out of the tube. It will be interesting to see what kind of results come of it.

I just held it with my hands but it’ll probably be better long term to figure out some sort of rest since I prefer to stand when I’m working out junior. It feels weird, not like I expected. The amplitude is way way higher than the sex toy I was using. It feels like it’s pulling it out once it’s past about 5 in hg (even though it’s not). I’ll probably also use the cushion I don’t usually use at the back of the tube. Junior was surprisingly fat after a 4 minute session. I was only able to use the setting between 0 and 1. Higher frequencies didn’t feel right. I also had a longer than usual flaccid for about 30 minutes after coming out.

I hate to make a judgement only days into trying vibration (with a much higher amplitude), but I think there is definitely something to it. The sex toy vibration I don't think was strong enough to do anything. This motor will shake your soul out if you're not careful. It's difficult to keep the tube from pinching with the strong vibration. You also can't feel the pressure as much so I'd say a gauge is absolutely a must. 10 in Hg doesn't have that "you're pushing it" feeling with strong vibration.

I hooked up the vibration motor in series with the hanger: dong -> vibration motor -> 10 lb weight. Not gonna lie that feels pretty damn good but it sounds like a freight train with the carabiners I used to hook them together vibrating against the plastic. I'm printing a new mount design that will work better for hanging.

Today's routine:
15 lb for 5 min
Pump with vibration to about 10 in Hg for 4 min
Repeated the above twice.
2 sessions hanging 10 lb with vibration for 5 min
50 held stretches (10 sec each) between each exercise

How do you like hanging for 5 minutes sets, do you feel like it's giving a good pull as opposed to rt minutes to an hour?

I know the common practice is to rack up hours but I've thought about going with shorter sets a few times.

I think my biggest gains were with long sets but I haven't been using shorter sets for nearly as long so I suspect they're about the same. I like doing stretches and sometimes pumping between sets. I switched to using a compression hanger so I can only do 10 minute sets max anyway. Once in a while I'll just use the LG hanger with 10 pounds for half an hour to an hour but 95% of the time I do short sets. I might have gained 0.1 inch with the shorter sets but I haven't been doing it nearly as intensely as I used to.

Three separate sessions today:
4 5-minute hangs at 10 lb with vibration
About 2 hr later 2 5-minute hangs at 10 lb with vibration
About 1 hr later 2 5-minute hangs at 10 lb with vibration

I nicked my shaft with a razor shaving it, so I didn't do any pumping. It doesn't hurt but I think it's probably best not to pump until it heals.

Continuing trying to get at least two sessions per day with the vibrating hanger. Right now it kind of looks like Doc Brown’s Delorean, but it works. Got in a 5 minute pump and 5 minute clamp.

3 sessions this morning with the vibrating hanger, 5 min each, 2 pumps @ 10 in Hg for 2 min between hangs, 15 min in extender at full tension.

I'm finding with the hanger, a setting of 5 or 7 works best, I think mainly because the vibration needs to travel up the mechanism rather than being wrapped around it directly like with a pump. If I don't see permanent results in another month I'll try switching back to the pump.
