3 5 minute sets @ 20 pounds, 300 stretches, 1 hour LG extender. Planning a “catch up” routine tomorrow.

LG 1.5 hours @ 10 pounds, MOS 2 sets 5 min @ 20 pounds, 300 stretches in between, sleeve with girth band for several hours. BP was 126/78 today. Still struggling to stay below 215. At least I’m not gaining weight.

LG 1 hour @ 10 pounds, MOS 2 sets of 5 minutes @ 20 pounds, 100 stretches before, between, and after (400 total), sleeve/girth band for several hours. BP 121/71, weight 214. I can safely say that for me, the most effective supplements are L-Citruline, Quercitin and Horny Goat Weed. My BP has been stubbornly a bit high before taking these.

Same routine as yesterday. Hoping to step it up tomorrow and then take a one or two day break.

MOS 3 10-minute sets @ 15 pounds, LG 2 30-minute fulcrum hangs @ 5 pounds, 500 stretches. Going to try a little less weight with longer intervals. Finding slightly longer post-stretch length that way. Taking a 2 day break.

Mines been high, Had to start cialis at 5 mgs a day. This lowers it. Its an incredible tool for PE as well. When measuring on Cialis, you may be a tad bigger.

If so, how many hours per day on average, where you saw youe biggest increases in length?

Currently does your LG hanger hold ten pounds well without slipping? how about fifteen lbs?

I've tried low dose sildenafil but it gives me nasal congestion. I don't have ED so it made my willy go up at the slightest stimulation. It really does make you feel like you're 16 again while it's in your system. I've found I can control my BP without it but yeah it does work surprisingly well. I've done some research on natural PDE5 inhibitors since they by far have had the biggest effect on blood pressure, but most studies I've seen are negligible. I'm going to try Pax Ginseng for a while to see if it helps.

Most of my gains are from hanging. It's taken me just under 2 years. To be completely transparent although I can't confirm it, I think I was at least half an inch longer when I was younger and it atrophied somewhat so some of that may have just been restoring length I had originally. The vast majority of my gains were in the beginning, roughly the first 9 months then it started slowing down until now I'm seeing less than 1/16th every four months. I'm trying interval hanging and fulcrum hanging to see if I can improve that but I've only been doing it a few weeks so far.

I've been very consistent only varying days on/off. When I first started when I was doing long durations I'd have to go back and see but I'd bet I was averaging two or three hours a day (not contiguous). I started with 2 pounds and ramped up to 15, but I've found that high weight for long durations isn't any more beneficial than with higher weight for much shorter durations, then keeping it extended with a vacuum hanger with less weight for about an hour or so. So far I can't be absolutely sure, but my BPSFL is longer post-workout doing it this way.

I tried 20 pounds with the LG hanger once or twice but it just doesn't seem safe. I've regularly used 15 (sitting) with no problems but I don't want to go higher. I've been using a MOS length hanger for short duration 20 pound hangs but the jury is still out whether that method is better than the long duration hanging I've mostly done.

I too have a vacuum ads hanger, and when I pump it , it doesn't grip my glans, like it supposed to, it slips off. Now, when I pout a sleeve over it it can hold maybe up to ten pounds. Its like the vacuum cup doesn't matter and the sleeve would hold the weight regardless. When you pump up vacuum cup, does it grip penis? I tore two sleeves already, and they are an art to work, put over vacuum silicon , unfold, etc. Don't want to keep replacing them.

Your cup may be a little too large. I’m not sure about other brands but when you order an LG hanger it gets machined to your dimensions plus a bit for expansion and eventual girth increase. When I pump it, my glans (or more accurately the wrap over my glans) is pressed up against the chamber and some of the sleeve gets pulled into back of the chamber from the suction. If yours isn’t doing this then you don’t have a good seal. The LG sleeves are probably more durable than other brands as well. The MOS durosleeve (or whatever they’re called; the thick ones) are okay but they’re really stiff. What I do is pull the sleeve a bit less than half way down the sides of the chamber, then the remainder I fold over itself so the rear edge of the sleeve is facing the rear edge of the chamber, then the hard part is pulling that doubled sleeve around the chamber. Then I put my wrapped Willy in the chamber and roll the sleeve back over my shaft. I pull the chamber slightly while I’m pumping to ensure my glans isn’t blocking the valve. When I stop pulling at 10 in Hg pressure, my glans is mashed up against the inside of the chamber and about half an inch of the sleeve is sucked into the back of the chamber. If that doesn’t happen I know something is wrong and I redo it. New sleeves can be difficult to fold over the chamber so it helps to have strong hands.

Yesterday (accidentally posted to another forum yesterday):
MOS 3 5 minute sets @ 20 pounds, LG 30 min, 10 min pump. Wore girth band / sleeve most of the day.
Today:
MOS 2 10 minute sets @ 15 pounds, LG alternating fulcrum/regular every 5 minutes @ 15 pounds.

Took yesterday off. Today MOS 3 sets of 10 minutes at 20 pounds. 100 stretches before, between, 200 final (500 total). LG 1 hour at 5 pounds. Wearing girth band and sleeve as long as possible (AOTW still wearing it). Still getting close to 0.5 post-workout stretch. Hoping for that final 0.1 by June to reach my short term goal. Looks like my previous long term goal would take another 2 years after that, but I don't think want to even try to get that big. I'm bottoming out in almost every position and I've already gotten pretty big if I do say so myself.

Tuesday MOS 2 sets @ 15 pounds 10 minutes each, LG 1 hour @ 10 pounds, 400 stretches. Today MOS 3 sets @ 20 pounds, 10 minutes each, LG 1 hour @ 10 pounds, 1 hour @ 5 pounds, 500 stretches. Wife says my flaccid looks bigger lately. Last measurement a few weeks ago showed a tiny erect gain but I’ll take it.

Took two days off due to busy schedule. Today MOS 2 sets @ 15 lb, 1 set 20 lb, all 10 min. 1000 stretches over about 3 hours. Noticed a slight bulge on one side of my glans after the second MOS set that went away within 30 min but playing it safe and staying away from the LG today. No pumping or clamping. Flaccid hang was 6.5 for a while.

Nine inches length is rare . You have already had a considerable amount of success increasing both length and girth.

It's good you're continuing to do exercises at the very least cement what you've enlarged. I've never had mine above seven so idk about bottoming out. I hear from a guy that claims to be 10.5 inches length ,must go slow.

Yes I get that I'm already plenty long enough. Heck even before PE I was long enough. It's kind of a challenge even in the later stages now that gains are extremely slow. I may not even get to 9 I just want to try. There's no way to say it without it sounding like bragging but over 8 inches is a really big penis. I think that's something I didn't really realize until I was that size. My wife is able to take all of me in some positions and she doesn't mind the size but yeah another half inch and I'll have to just maintain. It wouldn't be fair to her to deliberately get any larger than that. There are some anacondas out there either blessed naturally or added to an already large penis. If someone has a 10.5 inch penis they either started around 7 or more, or have been at it a very very long time. I've seen photos of a few that were legit over 10 and one guy over 12 and I wouldn't want that. You'd have a massive bulge that would be awkward or it would hang down your leg even flaccid. On a really hot day my flaccid can get as long as 6.5 and even that shows sometimes. My bulge is noticeably larger and I get looks depending on what I'm wearing. Some of that has to do with my balls getting larger and pushing everything out. All that to say 9 is going to be my absolute stopping point even if I'm making regular gains by then.

Bib that has made and continues to make Bib hangers claims his penis went from 6 bpel to 10.5 in two years on hanging many, many hours everyday. This is extremely rare and he says hes an outlier and gained because he has weak collagen tissue though out his body.

Its your choice of course, I say keep it going, if its not too much difficulty, if it happens to continue increasing, you may have to slow down sex and slither in slower to stretch her out, but thats more time for sex, which is always a good thing in a committed relationship, better to have sex, than no sex...
