LG 1.5 hours @ 15 pounds, MOS 5 minutes @ 20 pounds, 300 stretches, 5 minute clamp. Wore a thick sleeve with a tight girth band behind the glans for a solid 2 hours. Flaccid was brag-worthy for several hours afterward. Gonna finish with that from now on.

Took it easier today. LG 30 min @ 15 pounds, MOS 5 min @ 20 pounds, 200 stretches, no clamping. Wearing the thick sleeve with the girth band most of the day made my flaccid about 7 inches for a couple hours. I was so proud I showed my wife when she got home haha.

Been busy so I didn’t keep track but I took Saturday off. Been pretty consistent with about an hour @ 15 pounds (LG) and 5 minutes @ 20 pounds (MOS), 300 stretches. Trying to get back in the habit of wearing a sleeve and girth band for at least a few hours. I can just get the smaller ones behind my glans (super tight but not cutting off circulation). The ones I usually use were easy to get on but wouldn’t always stay behind my glans when I stacked them.

LG 30 min @ 10 pounds, MOS 10 min @ 20 pounds. Found a much better wrap method for hanging with the MOS Length Hanger so it doesn't get so uncomfortable so quickly. 200 stretches. Wore a very stiff sleeve with a smaller girth band on the end again for an hour or so that results in a super long flaccid for several hours. Expect to go for at least another day before taking a break.

LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, MOS 15 minutes @ 18 pounds, 400 stretches. Pumped for 10 minutes just to switch it up. Took yesterday off.

LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, MOS 15 minutes @ 23 pounds (wow feeling that), LG girth band / sleeve combo for several hours, 10 minute pump @ 7 in Hg. 400 stretches all directions. Massive workout today. Wife noticed my girth was larger than normal this evening.

LG 45 minutes @ 15 pounds, MOS 5 minutes @ 20 pounds. 300 stretches. Need to take an early break. I'm way beyond the dull ache so need to rest. Wife has noticed consistent chubbiness in the morning. My balls seem fuller too. Something's working right but I'm not sure what. I've upped my L-Arginine, Magnesium, Potassium and Vitamin-D but haven't been as regular with the Floracil-50 yogurt as I was, which has always made the largest difference. Waking up with a regular woody in your 50s? Yeah I'll take it.

Cheated a bit today. Did some stretches but mostly just wore my “stretch it” setup with a thick sleeve and one size too small girth band on the end. Need to order a set one size up for the base. The smaller ones I can just barely get on the end.

Forgot to log what I did on Friday but it was basically the same as usual. Took Saturday and Sunday off. Wife said my flaccid looked bigger today. Took it a bit easier today. LG 30 minutes @ 10 pounds, MOS 10 minutes @ 18 pounds, 200 stretches, 10 minute pump @ 7 in Hg. Upping my daily L-Argenine to 4000 mg. You can literally feel the effect at that dosage. I've noticed a substantial lowering of my blood pressure since upping some of my supplement dosages but this one has the biggest effect. Started adding black garlic and horny goat weed to my daily supplements. Decided as my capsule-based supplements run out I'm going to replace them with bulk powder instead. The difference in cost if you buy them in very large sizes is pretty substantial.

LG 30 minute fulcrum hang (broomstick) @ 10 pounds. MOS 15 minutes @ 20 pounds. 300 stretches. 10 minute packed pump @ 7 in Hg, 5 minute clamp. Decided to swap out the soft suzipad with the much smaller diameter broomstick. Wow huge difference in stretch. Wore girth bands with stiff sleeve setup ~ 2 hours. Added horny goat weed, black ginger and quercetin to my whole lemon and ginger morning smoothie. That along with upping L-Argentine to 4000 mg and adding another super beet chew during the day (3 total) has really helped my blood pressure. Still needs to come down 5 to ten points but it’s much better this last week. I can actually feel the difference (more relaxed). Dropping Inisitol and a couple others that don’t seem to have much effect if any. Replacing lunch with celery or eggs. Carrots and raw turmeric in the morning. One day all this hacking my diet and supplements will surely get me to ten inches haha. Last meal is mostly meat. Lost 1/4 pound this week. Still hovering around 212. 17 pounds to go to get to my goal of 195. Depending on muscle mass I’d like to one day get to 185.

Same routine as yesterday without the clamp. Wore the girth band sleeve combo most of the day.

Friday was a day off. Saturday and Sunday no change to routine except Sunday only did MOS hang for 5 minutes instead of 15.

LG 30 minutes fulcrum @ 15 pounds, moving up/down shaft every few minutes. MOS 10 minutes @ 20 pounds. 300 stretches, 5 minute clamp. Wore 3 girth bands stacked together about 2 hours.

Didn’t have much free time today. LG 30 minutes @ 15 pounds, 100 stretches, that’s it. BPFL was 6.25 measured several times today. That’s was my BPEL before I started PE!

Had to take a 3 day break from just being too busy. Friday night did LG 30 min @ 15 pounds but that was it. Sunday LG 45 minutes @ 15 pounds, MOS 20 minutes @ 20 pounds, 300 stretches, 20 hard pulls each side, 10 minute pump @ 7 in Hg.

LG 1 hour @ 15 pounds, 100 stretches, MOS 15 min @ 20 pounds, 100 stretches, 3 girth bands stacked 2 hours, LG 1 hour @ 10 pounds, 100 stretches, 3 girth bands stacked 1 hour, LG 30 min @ 5 pounds, 50 stretches. Busy day! Noticed random partial erections tonight. Not sure what that’s about but my wife was impressed haha.

No exercises today and not to be gross but I shot a huge load this morning after a 3 day hiatus. The only thing that’s different is quercitin and black ginger I’ve added to my supplements for about 2 weeks. No change to exercise regimen or diet except that it’s been beef heavy this week.
