When you say 2 or 300 hundred hard stretches - what does one of those stretches entail?

When you say 2 or 300 hundred hard stretches - what does one of those stretches entail?
There are two that I do:
1. Simply pull hard on the base with an OK grip with one hand, right after a hanging session.
2. Make an OK with one hand at the base and another behind the glans and pull the two apart like you're stretching a bungee. It helps to be a little erect when doing this but not rock hard.
I usually wait for a few minutes after hanging to do this since it tends to actually retract for a bit after hanging and then relaxes.

Back from my rest days. Hit it harder today. 4 30 min sessions with 10 pounds, 200 stretches, 5 min clamping. Wore a sleeve with a girth band most of the day.

So you do the hard pull 300 times straight? Pull, stop, pull, stop, etc.? You don't hold for several seconds?

I only hold for about a second or two. Pulls are always straight down or a bit out. My routine is pretty simple. Hang, stretches pulling hard for a second or two, repeat 100 times, rest, hang again, do another 100. I usually do stretches about 5 or 10 minutes after a hanging session. I finish with a 5 minute clamping session with light squeezes. 10 minutes absolute max but that long really isn't necessary at least for me.

Only did 30 minutes with 10 pounds and nothing else. Just too busy. Hope to make it up tomorrow.

1.5 hours fulcrum hanging @ 10 pounds. 200 stretches. No clamping today. Hangs were 30 minutes each with a short break half-way through to adjust the fulcrum. Really feeling the fatigue at times.

Great job @PhallicPhun ! You’ve been pretty consistent. I went ahead and bout a hanger. Not the Lg but something else on eBay (see attached) and am currently hanging 10lbs comfortably for 15 minute sessions at a time. So far I can squeeze in 3 sessions a day. Add that to my current Jelq and pump routine and I hope to get to your levels! Well, on second thought, I guess I have to work my way up to longer hang sessions before getting excited about YOUR levels haha.

I appreciate the updates. It’s super inspiring since we all know a pe’er can go though peaks and valleys as far as consistency is concerned.

Thanks for the encouragement! Right now I’m definitely in a valley. Still trying to work out how to maximize gains now that all the “noobie” growth is exhausted. Fulcrum hanging is showing some promise. You may find that as you increase weight you may need to look at something more robust. For me consistency has been key. Good luck!

Fulcrum hanging is showing some promise. You may find that as you increase weight you may need to look at something more robust. For me consistency has been key. Good luck!
Yes I can tell that this setup is not for “Heavy lifting” but it seems sturdy enough for another 5 pounds at some point. Thanks again and I appreciate the team feel here!

Question for you. I feel a small “itchy” feeling on the left side base of my shaft. Is this a sign of stretch? Have you experienced this? I don’t think it’s exterior because I’ve felt around the area and confirmed that it’s not exterior.

The only time I've had an itchy feeling is when there is something irritating like if I'm wearing loose pajamas or sweat pants and the band is tighter than I thought while I was hanging. Other than that the only feeling I get is a dull ache which lasts no more than two days during my rest period. It might be a good idea to ask on the general forum. Maybe someone else has experienced that. I haven't.

Other than that the only feeling I get is a dull ache which lasts no more than two days during my rest period. It might be a good idea to ask on the general forum. Maybe someone else has experienced that. I haven't.

Feeling the ache today. 1 hour fulcrum hanging at 10 pounds, 15 min regular hanging at 15 pounds (standing), 100 stretches in between sessions (300 total). Previous days were not as intense as today. Tomorrow and Sunday are rest days.

Been busy and hurt my back pretty bad so I didn't get anything done the last few days. Back at it today. My sleeves are pretty much done so I'll wait to do any more hanging with the LG with decent weight until the new sleeves arrive. I ordered a size down so hopefully it's not too snug. I tried my MOS compression hanger with 10 and then 15 pounds and it wasn't as unpleasant as I had remembered. I've probably developed some tolerance since I stopped using it. I might end up adding it to the end of my routine with high weight and low time. I want to see how well the tighter sleeve works out first.

Got in about 15 minutes at 10 pounds with the LG and 10 minutes at 15 pounds with the MOS. 300 stretches as hard as I could pull. I'll up the time when the new sleeve gets here since the only sleeve I have is an older MOS one that is too soft and I'm worried about blisters if I use any amount of weight for very long. I hope to get one more session this evening and a good long clamp.

Hung again with the MOS rig for 10 minutes @ 15 pounds and a couple minutes @ 20 but quickly realized it was too much for now. Used the LG for 15 minutes @ 10 pounds but I don't trust the soft sleeves I have so not hanging for long. Did 400 hard stretches to make up for the short hanging sessions.

MOS compression hanger 10 minutes @ 15 pounds twice (20 min total). Used the LG extender rig for a couple hours. 350 hard stretches. Flaccid hang seems a bit longer today.

Yesterday LG Hanger 1 hour @ 10 pounds, MOS hanger 15 minutes @ 15 pounds, 400 hard stretches. Intending to do the same thing today, going to try 20 pounds with the MOS but the last time I could only do it for a very short time. I'm finding it's taking longer to reach fatigue so I may change my schedule with more days on.

Tomorrow is definitely a rest day. I hit it hard today. LG Hanger 10 pounds for 30 minutes, 100 stretches, 15 pounds 30 minutes, 100 stretches, MOS hanger 10 minutes at 20 pounds (definitely felt fatigue after that), 100 stretches, LH hanger another 30 minutes at 15 pounds, used the Penomet pump in the shower for the first time in a long while, about 10 minutes, then another 200 stretches. Started the new year off with a bang but junior is wiped.
