The small weight ring works surprisingly well. It's small enough to be practical around the house and when exercising (walking) it doesn't swing so much that it's uncomfortable. I started clamping a few days ago. It seems to work a little better for me than pumping. My dick feels a bit harder while it's on. I started with 5 minutes but I wore it for 10 minutes without problems this morning. I found if I put a very thin sleeve under the girth band, I can walk around and use the treadmill without it slipping off. I'll continue pumping but I've been doing it less lately. It does seem to help a little with EQ but that's about it. I haven't gained any girth in quite a while. The ten minute clamp this morning my dick was unbelievably hard, even harder than during sex.
I suppose my routine is a bit different now than the last couple months. I start with half an hour on the treadmill with the weight ring on, then hang 15 pounds for up to 2 hours in the morning, pump but only for a few minutes, then another hour hanging in the evening if time allows. I'm going to keep clamping to my off days only. I haven't experienced any discomfort and feel I'm well conditioned for it now, but starting something new I don't want to overdo it.
I had another discussion with my wife about when to stop and just maintain. She experienced some discomfort riding on top with it going too far. She's been pretty good adjusting to my size so hopefully that continues. I would love to get to 9.5 in a few years but if it makes sex unfun, I may need to back off.
