HCG is making a pretty big dent in my appetite. I just always feel full. I'm not positive why since that was never stated as one of the effects. My wife was surprised when I ate so little this evening. Weight is still pretty stubborn. Only lost half a pound this week. I'm 5'11" and on the muscular side so if I can get below 200 pounds my fat pad shouldn't be so thick. My wife said my dick would look huge if I could lose it so that's some encouragement. I know it won't make much difference as far as insertable length but I have to admit showing an extra inch is more impressive haha. Hoping to hit 8.25 by end of April.

That’s an interesting side effect. Very synergistic with the diet style. Are you measuring muscle mass or size to ensure potential weight loss isn’t going to come from muscular cannibalization?

I'm not strictly following the 500 calorie a day diet so I'm not super worried about it. Most days it's around 1200 to 1500. As expected I didn't get the throbbing mutant horse cock I was hoping for lol. It'll be interesting at the end of April if there is any increase in the rate of growth but I highly doubt it.

So this last weekend in between romps, I had an unusually hard erection, and my wife says, ``quick go get a ruler!`` It certainly wasn`t a valid measurement since I had other things on my mind but she did measure me at 8-1/4. I don`t know if there is anything sexier than your wife measuring your Johnson.

I haven`t really changed my routine except that I`m using more weight for less time with more sessions. I`m now doing 3 shorter 20 to 30 minute sessions with 15 pounds in the morning and one 30 minute session in the evening. I do one or two low pressure pumps in the morning. Hanging seems to be more effective for me than pumping at this stage so pumping is more for vascular improvement and EQ, so no more pumping to 10 in Hg or more. I did that for quite a while but there has not been any difference in EQ between high vacuum and low vacuum so I have been maxing out at 5 in Hg and EQ has been 90+. The 3 days on, 2 days off cadence is working well. I always feel significant fatigue by day 3 and feel it gradually disappear over the 2 rest days. Still wearing the girth bands as long as possible. My wife`s impromptu measurement might be accurate since I could almost fit three girth bands before I accidentally snapped one. We`ll see at month`s end.

I hung the usual 15 pounds today and it really felt like nothing at all, and that was after a solid hour. I usually stand up for the last 5 or 10 minutes to get a little extra pull but this time it felt like I was swinging 5 instead of 15. I'm not going to increase weight for a while though. Appetite is still under control. Lost another pound today down to 229. Portions are about 1/2 or even 1/4 what they were when I started. No erect length gains yet but my flaccid size is increasing. One day it measured almost 7 but it was really warm for quite a while. It's usually around 6 or 6.5 flaccid, which is pretty awesome. June of last year my BPEL was 6.25.

My MOS sillicap finally wore out so I cut an 8 inch soft sleeve with a capped end that I don`t really use down to about 4 inches and have been using that over the foam tape and tender tape over the glans inside the hanger bell. This actually holds a little better and is slightly more comfortable. Got 2 1/2 hours in today. BPFSL is right at 8 1/4. EQ was easily 100% this morning. Went an hour and a half with only a short rest. Today was a very good day! My wife enjoys measuring me now but we forgot this time.

My wife said to make sure to measure next time. I think she's enjoying this more than me. The past year of self-improvement in both PE and losing weight is starting to rub off and she got a gym membership, so I'm looking forward to trying my new toy with her even fitter and hotter, if that's possible.

Switching things up to 4 days on, 2 days off but not increasing hanging weight yet. I've found recently I'm not feeling the same fatigue I have in the past. Got another set of girth bands since I think I might be able to cram 3 on and if one breaks, I'll still have spares. I also got a larger diameter hanging weight since the first one I got I mis-measured and it's way too small. I don't use it a lot since I have to jerry rig it to make it work. The last time I wore it for about an hour my flaccid size was ridiculous for a couple hours.

LG girth bands and larger diameter weight arrived today. Wow that was fast shipping! I tried the weight on for size and it's a much better fit. I'll give the weight a go tomorrow after my hanging session. I expect the month end measurement to be 8.2. My wife measured me Sunday afternoon (did I mention what a massive turn on that is?) and it was just under 8-1/4. I added the 1.5 pound weight that was too small to my weight stack so I'm hanging with 16.5 now with no issues. I'm reaching fatigue after about half an hour so I think that's perfect.

The 1.5 pound weight really adds a nice pull when walking around. It`s too large to wear in public but it will make a good addition to PE efforts. It seemed to stay put with casual walking around. We have a large yard with plenty of privacy and walking the dog with a brisk walk it didn`t slip off. I think even 1 pound would be enough and maybe small enough to wear in public with baggy pants. I couldn`t achieve a full erection today but BPFSL is 8.25 so month end BPEL measurement should show a small gain.

The small weight ring works surprisingly well. It's small enough to be practical around the house and when exercising (walking) it doesn't swing so much that it's uncomfortable. I started clamping a few days ago. It seems to work a little better for me than pumping. My dick feels a bit harder while it's on. I started with 5 minutes but I wore it for 10 minutes without problems this morning. I found if I put a very thin sleeve under the girth band, I can walk around and use the treadmill without it slipping off. I'll continue pumping but I've been doing it less lately. It does seem to help a little with EQ but that's about it. I haven't gained any girth in quite a while. The ten minute clamp this morning my dick was unbelievably hard, even harder than during sex.

I suppose my routine is a bit different now than the last couple months. I start with half an hour on the treadmill with the weight ring on, then hang 15 pounds for up to 2 hours in the morning, pump but only for a few minutes, then another hour hanging in the evening if time allows. I'm going to keep clamping to my off days only. I haven't experienced any discomfort and feel I'm well conditioned for it now, but starting something new I don't want to overdo it.

I had another discussion with my wife about when to stop and just maintain. She experienced some discomfort riding on top with it going too far. She's been pretty good adjusting to my size so hopefully that continues. I would love to get to 9.5 in a few years but if it makes sex unfun, I may need to back off.

Really liking the new site. Looks and works much better. I’ve been insanely busy the last week or so but I have found time to hang at least an hour in the morning. Sex in cowgirl position wasn’t painful this last time so she’s adjusting to the extra length. I can feel it bumping the end but she said it wasn’t uncomfortable. I haven’t gained anything in length or girth since the last measurement but my EQ has been great. Not sure if it’s the clamping or reduced pumping or a combination. That’s the only thing that’s changed.

Been noticing the same positive results and it seems to have an effect on the flaccid hang as well.

Well clamping and pumping have opposing directions for their pressure. Pumping pulling from the outside, while clamping pushes from the inside. Both are expanding the tissues, but with different forces. As the cells are naturally built to withstand the forces created by clamping, and the pull from a vacuum is very much unnatural, one could see how clamping could be much more beneficial for EQ over pumping. The pressures should still enough to incite growth, but time will tell that much.

Even though clamping is working well now I think I'm still glad I did so much pumping in the beginning. It blew up my girth by about half an inch very quickly but then had little effect other than slightly improved EQ. If nothing else, it likely helped condition the tissue for the stress of clamping. I'm finally able to wear three girth bands comfortably where I really had to cram them on before so it's definitely helping with flaccid size.

My schedule has been busy enough that keeping on a fixed days on and off cadence has been impossible so I’ve decided that one day on and one day off will work better. My clamping sessions are up to ten minutes twice a day. Hanging 2 hours in the morning with extreme stretches in between. I haven’t really been pumping much. I’m going to do a girth measurement at the end of the month. It’s probably just excellent EQ but it feels a bit thicker. I think whatever growth I was going to get from the magical yogurt has been exhausted but I’m happy with my boys. They’re not bull balls but they’re a nice size. I think my wife thinks they’re too big now so maybe it’s a good thing they’re not getting larger. Not sure if I’ve gained any length but the last couple hard-ons were made of titanium so I’m not complaining.

You think the clamping is giving the noticeable boost in EQ or the yogurt? Or just swapping off of pumping? Couple variables going on here. Also wonder if the gains on the boys will last or diminish if you went off the yogurt… sounds promising, though I am hesitant to forever eat it as I am not too fond of yogurt haha. Would love to bring my own up to a more proportional size, I'm sure my lady would as well as she seems to enjoy playing with them. Did you get any volumetric measurements before hand to compare with?

I wish I had measured beforehand so I could say exactly but I thought the "get bigger balls" was marketing hype. If you don't like yogurt (and having to make it) you can just take the Floracil-50 capsules. I can stretch out a bottle by making yogurt with it, and the yogurt has at least ten times the bacterial content. I'll do three batches per ten capsules and then start fresh again so any bad bacteria doesn't have a chance to build up. As for EQ, I've been taking the yogurt for a long time now so it's not that. I suspect that switching to clamping is helping more than reducing pumping. It feels more like a natural erection when I clamp compared to the puffy one you get when pumping. It would be interesting to know if pumping is a good way to prepare for clamping instead of going straight to clamping since pumping did blow up my girth in the beginning. I don't have the "comparison problem" haha but yeah I imagine it might look better. I remember interviews with Jonah Falcon and him talking about his balls being proportional to his johnson. You can see his testicles are freakishly large so I don't know if you'd want to go to quite that extreme haha.
