How have you felt with hanging? I want to look more into it and maybe add it to my routine as well. Have you made any significant progress?

I've felt good as long as I take safety precautions. Technique is critical, as is a good hanger and good wrappings

I've measured my biggest in Jan 2019 at a little over 6.5 inches

Jan 2020 I measured at 6.75

I haven't measured since as my girlfriend helped me as I took my dick out of her and measured

Recently it's over 6.5 and it's not fully hard some a good bit hard

I can't say for certain I've gained and since starting hanging I've never measured as big before

got in twelve hours of hanging this week

last few days I got in maybe two hours a day , hung at 13 lbs and 14 lbs a few sets

Using the Bib starter im attaching lower towards the head for more lig stretch. Sometimes, ill attach higher for skin stretch , but not too much because too much skin stretch can make the penis look out of proportion

twelve hours is a good amount of hang time and I either want to exceed this time , or move up in weight one pound on more of the sets. I feel im at a learning curve now, and possibly breaking through a learning curve

from now on very minimal pumping as too much tunica expansion from girth exercises can effect gaining length , right now , length gains are top priority

after a few sets of hanging my flaccid hangs more

My friend keep up the good work, you have inspired me to get a hanger and I will be purchasing one soon and creating a new routine. Onwards and upwards we go!

I think I skipped a week did 12 hours at 15 lbs at heaviest and going down to 8 lbs



this week went to 16 lbs, hung 11 hours and thirty minutes. some manual stretching when hanger fell off

sex has been nonexistant this week. Girl I used to have sex with and I haven't had sex

Ive been kegaling while erect, keeping the motions so to speak. Erection quality has gone down

been going outside and doing more cardio since I havent had sex in a couple weeks

according to bib lot theory i have a high lot of 10-11 so I can gain quite a bit of erect length with lig stretch

my main angle to maximize my gains are behind the cheeks hanging

eleven hours and thirty five minutes. stayed at 16 lbs as heaviest weight. Doing different stretches, swinging stretches, My penis is still in conditioning

I do manual stretches when I feel im procrastinating on hanging

I havent been doing erect kegals as much and I try to get them in while i masturbate and I havent been doing that as much as I used to, so that is something to work on for stamina training , when im ready

no live vigorous sex at this point since I broke up with girl I saw

You really work a lot. Why you not stretch in all the directions?

I think you would gain faster if you wear an ads at a low tension after your hanging sessions for as long as possilbe through the day. 1-3 lbs. LG hanger sleeves and bands looks nice or sleeve from autoextender/mos,
phallosan forte, silistretcher 2 or penimaster pro can be good choises.

Just healing in an elongated state I think it's very important. For me when I do harder workouts, the turtle effect is stronger.

I do sometimes in the shower before sets. I do manual work here and there

I'm not doing harder workouts, I'm taking by time and except for one month off, due to an injury, I've been hanging since October 2018

Now that I've been hanging with the Bib starter and have gotten help , I've slowly gone up in weight

It's good to go back down in weight if it's too much stress, this is a good thing

It's best to keep it easy sometimes, you're still progressing so not need to rush things

Wrapping technique is huge, getting blood out if the head

I hope the device is comfortable, I will tell people in the forum if I like it.

It's good to take brakes sometimes because the penis get stronger and it's more difficult to gain I read.
I don't rush things, these days I only jelq/pump for 15-20 minuttes at 4-4,5 hg. I always start easy because when I go to the gym, I know it's so important to not overtrain to increase the weights over time.
How much have you gained with your routine?
Will wrapping keep you elongated? Can you were it when sleeping?

on the ruler ive gained a quarter inch , and it was one time with an ex , where she helped me. I pulled out of her pussy and measured a few times and measure right before i came , stamia training, and got 6.75

wrapping can keep you elongated You could wear it sleeping, I guess, I wouldnt recommend it really

this week hung 10 hours and 20 mins..did some manual stretching as well maybe 20 mins total , esp between sets , or at the end pulling hard

weight moved up to 18 lbs, and low as 5 and 8 lbs riding the fatigue which is fine to go down in weight and a good thing

if its half an inch to quarter an inch close to the coronal ridge, weight is usually lessened. If its half an inch to inch behind coronal ridge, I can hang more

attachment closer to head is more riskier and will stress more of the tunica at one time. attaching further back is less risk and more comfortable, good to do both

definitely made progress this week

doing crunches, or swinging weight make the hanging experience more awake and funner

This week down. Did nine hours and a half hours. Made progress by hanging the eighteen pounds on more sets

Manual stretches. Did more erection quality training as my eq was down last week. I've cut porn and using imagination and, or sex and it has made progress

eight hours this week

this week ive worked on wrapping technique, getting the skin behind the wrap . I added in a thicker theraband that ive seen using. I got the most fatigue ive ever gotten this week. Ive been extremely horny since I had sex on Wednesday

i measured and got bpel 6.5, straight and out 6.75, bpsfl 6.75

i went up to eighteen lbs this week, and toward end of week, went down in weight

okay so I found out I havent been pulling my skin back, therefore ive been getting a good bit of skin stretch

Now that Bib 's technique to pull skin back, especially where attachment is closer to coronal ridge, I m hitting fatigue at thirteen pounds in first set then have to go down to ten pounds


I seem to be able to hang at eighteen pounds, when attachment is attached close to base

Im trying different wraps, experimenting where attachment goes

Looks like Ive been doing where gains from tunica come in all incorrect because of not making sure my skin is behind theraband

well its good to know and learn this

This week down

7 hours and 20 minutes, went up to twenty pounds maybe 10 minutes during first set, a lot of 18 lbs, 13 lbs and 10 lbs

Did some manual stretching as well, pulling hard as possible

Eq went down this week, overall it's good and have been cumming two to three times a day

Good to take a break from that as well

forgot to update was having sex

7 hrs mainly btc until fatigue and 20 lbs and down to 13 and 10, more 20 lb sets than previous week, so progress of course

hung a 30 min set of lighter weight and this seems to be okay , theres a guy that gained quite a bit, that started doing these and had no issues, so i started them

sat and sun had a lot of sex, so did stamia training , kegals during sex, live vigious sex is the best training

I pulled on my dick satur some, I know bib says not to go a day without at least one set hanging, theres a guy I know of on bibs forum that wasnt gaining everyday, then took a day or two completely off, and made better gains doing that

dick appears pulled out more, its not hanging down usually, just out more and has definitely changed

this week down 7 hours and ten minutes

moved up to 21 lbs, 20 lbs, 18 lbs, 14 lbs, and 10 lbs did some manual as well, on saturday had sex, and didnt hang, and pulled manually a few times, pulling hard

My weights have increase and im spending more time comfortable with the 18 lbs, that I add weight btc

one day I only hung two sets, as that day I had a lot of different areas to work on

from now on im going to try and get in 4-5 sets a day and if I get more for a day or so I think itll be okay

*remember Ive done twelve hours a week before , the goal this week is eight hours and thirty minutes, and if I get more thats okay, and I think right hours and thirty minutes, is a step up from seven hours toward the right direction
