Hi guys,

I would just like to say thanks to this site and that I wish I had found it before paying $50 on another site for the same info!!

Just to have a resource like this so you know your not alone and other people have the same problems is a real help mentally!!

I have been PEing for about 2 weeks now and already have improved (rock hard) erections as well as improved flacid lenght and girth( I turtled alot) so if I gain nothing else from this experience I am already very happy with whats going on!!

I do have a couple of Questions for you guys firstly my main focus is Girth definitly so is sticking to the Begginers program good for this??

The only negative thing I have is Doughnut like lump appearing on the right side of my Penis about an inch from the base, its not painfull but its been more obvious since PEing. Any Idea's ??

Any way guys its good to be here flying the flag for Australia which is where Im from!! All help and advice is appreciated.

Hi everyone my name is C.J.

Anyways, I have been doing PE on and off for about a year due to having difficulty hiding it from nosy parents and siblings but I plan on getting restarted. I have a question though:

I have been doing the Kegels since I first heard of them and I know my BC muscle has gotten stronger but I am still having difficulty blocking the orgasm. I'm having difficulty finding the place before the point of no return. And is one supposed to keep masturbating as one gets near the point of no return? I have never had sex, but I would imagine that you would have to keep going while you go for the block. Any help would be appreciated

Hello guys,
I found this web site about a week ago and started to read the; articles, posts and beginners routine. They all seemed interesting so I started to work on the beginners routine and on the first day that I had found this web sit, I notice some thing new on penis, it wasn?t length or girth gain. What I had notice was that after a few hours that I had finish my exercising my penis look and felt more firm in its flaccid state.
On that same day I went and test my new and improve tool with my wife and @$&^*?.. (I am not being dishonest) ?.I went for 45 minutes non stop??? on that same day thank you PE. In which it was unusually for me because I only went for 25 minutes pushing in and out (Only).
I continue to do these exercises for the entire week on a two day?s on and one day off and notice my penis more firm in its flaccid state. I haven?t notice any gain in length and girth up to now. But this won?t make me stop my routine.
I was skeptical at first about all these ideas and comments about the PE exercises but since I think that it?s better to test it and see if it works then just to believe the words of another man.

One question: I adapted the routine; First 10 minutes warm up, Secondly 5 starches left, right, Third 150 jelq, is this routine the correct one.

Hello all!!!!
Another newbie here starting his venture into the wonderful world of 'self' improvement.
I'm not especially new to the concept, however haven't really given much serious consideration until now.
Today feels like a good time for a new start for me, just had my last exam in the final year of my degree, so I've decided as its the end of a new era and the beginning of another why not start it with BIG hopes and aims for greatness. ;-)
I don't want to say too much here I'm just introducing myself. To get a greater MEASURE of my personality feel free to pop by my Progress log which I am starting and will (hopefully) update on at least a semi regular basis. (Will appear as soon as I decide a catchy title, or simply give up and name it Matt's log)
So here the journey begins, glad to be part of the family.

I just ordered the book from Amazon, it's not here yet.

I am exercising slowly and carefully with the beginner protocol and noticing pleasant itching the day after exercising.

My ex wife used to complain about my length. Is this just technique or should I focus on girth only to avoid getting too long? Is there such a thing as too long?

I am 6" el, 4.75" g

A tip of my hat to all...

I have been interested in this sort of thing for a year or so. I am of average-endowment (6 inches fully erect, not too sure about girth but from all I've seen I am around 4-4.5), and have a long term goal of increasing an inch and a half in both girth and length - as this I think would fit the proportions of the rest of my body. I am relatively hellbent (haha) on reaching this goal no matter how long it takes, and this site has filled me with inspiration, for which I would like to thank all other members (penile pun intended).
Anyway, nice to meet all of you.

Crap, I didn't see this forum and just went to the main one for my intro. Rookie mistake. Anyway, I want to learn to earn something more. It can be baby steps, but I just want more. Eveyone here seems very helpful and I hope everyone has the patience to achieve their goals.

Hey Guys,

Well i have been interested in penis enlargement for a long time and have been doing several exercises which have help me but now im going to take things more serious and do it as is. I'm 18 and you guys now that at this age sex is normal and i don't have the confidence yet to do it. I do not want to be huge, just a normal 6" erect. Right now im 5" so i only need 1 more inch to feel better about myself and overall feel more confident.

Hi, I'm a guy from Norway who recently awoke my interest in PE. Ten years ago when i was 18 i searched the internet a lot for PE and similar things, and ended up with a pay site with basically the same methods, but without the theory to go along. This provided me with a bunch of advanced techniques like for example the horse squeeze, but with no tips on when to use them or the intensity one should use. Thus, it resulted in a massive dose of overtraining and zero results, not to mention a broken thrust with PE techniques.

Couple of months ago i was just surfing the net, and thought i should take an update look on this to see if something new had emerged. I found this site and instantly became interested to give it another try. For the last month and a half i have been following JohnPop's newbieroutine, and have been reading almost any post there is on the forum, i have also had some significant gains in flaccid lenght. Today i gained new insight into the TGC theory, and will adjust my routine in a small degree towards more stretching and somewhat less jelqing. according to the fact that i suspect that my tunica is a limiting factor for gains. BPFSL: 4,8 BPEL: 5,6. I will shortly be setting short term and long term goals, and you can expect some questions in the time coming.

Hey everybody, found this site in the middle of March and have been PEing since then. Im just about at the end of the 90 day beginners routine. Starting stats were length 8" and girth 6".

Final goals are length 9" and girth 7".

I know its a long road and I am trying not to get frustrated with slow gains.

Hey amouthful, welcome here. Nice starting stats. Only took me over 4 years to get where you are now. You should be conditioned now and ready to go on to more advanced exercises. Good Luck.

Hi guys Jeff here. I'm new but not to PE. I have been doing it for 8 months now with nothing to show except, weaker erections, discoloration. I have tried different routines, exercises and nothing seems to work. Big Al has been giving me advice but nothing has worked so far. I need some help.

Welcome to the PE Gym. bodeen. My advice would be to back off from all PE for a couple or more weeks. Sounds like you have been way over working. Give yourself a chance to recuperate.
