Welcome to the PE gym. Good to have you aboard. I'm not sure but I think that most of us have had a similar situation happen to us one time or another. I would agree with Jonpop and say that this is something that we all need to do for ourselves. Again welcome,take it slow, listen to your body and the gains will come.

Hi Everyone , I've been Following this site for a Couple of Months now , Decided it's time to Sign Up. Started 6 3/8 Erect Length and 3 3/4 Girth , Now I'm 6 1/2 Erect Length and 4 3/4 Girth. I have a Question , I was thinking of taking L-Arginine but I did some research and found that it's not Recommened for people with Diabetes . Anything else I can take ?

Hi Latebloomer, Welcome to the PEGym. Great gains so far, especially the girth. What routine are you doing? I assume you are being monitored by your Dr. for your diabetes?
He would be the one to ask this question.

My Routine right Now is 10 min Warm up with Rice Sock, 10 Min. Stretch with Helicopter Shakes , 25 min Wet Jelq , 5 min Cold Warm down. I do this Day On , Day Off . I Also Do 50 Kegels on the same Routine . Yes the Doctor is monitoring my Diabetes , I will ask him about that . Thanks for the Suggestion

Of course he's going to ask why you are interested in taking L-Arginin.
Just tell him that you read that it helps increase the Nitric Oxide in your blood for better circulation and for libido. Are you having any erection problems with your diabetes?
Are you on oral or injectible meds? Good Luck. Stick around and post often....eh? JP

Thanks , I will mention that Next time I go to the Doctor. I Used to Have Erection Issues before I started PEing , As time goes they're getting harder also I am dealing with Premature Ejaculation with the Kegel Exercise and I also do balloning and that seems to be helping. As for my diabetes , I am Hypoglycemic witch is Controlled by Deit

Hello everyone. This is an amazing site, and I'm glad to be here. So I've just started doing the beginner's routine about 2 weeks ago, and have noticed fuller erections but as of yet no gains. I'm finding it hard to maintain the proper erection level for the jelqs, and as girth gains are the most important to me this is concerning (I'm currently 5.625"EL, 4.25"EG) since the stretches are designed for just length gains. But, I will keep at it. Anyways, glad to be here and I hope to learn a lot from all of you. Don't hesitate to message me with comments or suggestions.

Nudist and a grower not show'r

Greetings, I am a nudist and a grower NOT a show'r. Not a good combination.:eek: OK - I know nudists are not suppose to be concerned about their body image, but people do look. What bothers me is, when I am socially nude, with my wife, my flaccid penis is embarrassing small.(like a frighten turtle) A quick "fluff" in private, produces some nice flaccid gians, but doesn't last very long. Are there any P.E.'s that would strickly work to help with flaccid gains? My wife is extremely happy with my erect size. ;)

Gains for length, girth and flaccid size, Yes. All of this goes hand in hand. (No pun intended)

The only exercise I can think of that might target just flaccid length would be weight hanging, but if you are going to go to all the trouble of working on your penis, why wouldn't you want all 3?

What about Fowfers? I haven't done them personally, but the guy who 'created' the exercise mentioned it really just targeting flaccid size without increasing EL or EG (I don't really know how that's possible). I've never personally been interested in them myself (why do an exercise that just increases flaccid size, after all?), but that could be a possible exercise to look in to. I found it over on Th***er's P**ce.

congratulations, great site, easy to folow and clear!
really interested to see if this (pe) works, therefore you feel free to share your progress.
i myself have used a pe device (andromedical) with no significant growth - some 1-1,5 cm.
perhaps i should've used like they said, that is 9 hours a day, but i found quite impossible to have it on for such long time; although one can feel it work, and the traction principle is indeed correct

i would just like to follow some daily routine to increase primarely my LENGTH, so, if one of you knows such a thing, please let me know.

Hi, newbie here. Trying to catch on to all the lingo and slang. I've done PE exercises in the past while in high school and had some success until I stopped. Interested in getting started again.

Hi,

Im davis and ive been doing the stretching and jelking exercises for about 3 months now. I was very happy with the results but about 3 days ago there has been swelling or a doughnut or a collar under the neck of my penis . It doesnt hurt but the base is much narrower than the neck when not erect, but is about the same size when erect. Pls help. My size is 5" long and 4" when i measure around when erect. And when not erect the base is 3" around and the neck is 4" around but 4" in legnth. Pls tell me hwat i should do.

Davis: Welcome to The PE Gym! This is known as the "doughnut effect." As long as there isn't any pain or discomfort, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. It will most likely go back to normal in a few days (or sooner).

Hi everyone. I'm new here, but I've been doing PE for 1 1/2 years. I've gained 1 inch in BPEL and 1/2" in EG. Most of my gains came in the first few months. After that, I used a fastsize extender but I gained very little with it. I think most of my progress has come from manual work, though the extender may have been good for stretching the tunica and ligs. I read your book Remek and started with your basic routine but stayed with the workout frequency of the first week -- every 3rd day. I slowly incorporated a girth squeeze at the base while edging. My EQ has been a solid 10 most of time and I've been getting morning wood a lot. A week and half ago, I measured at 7 5/16" to 7 3/8" BPEL. That's a definate gain of 1/16" in about 6 weeks. I just started a deconditioning break which I'll take for 1 to 2 weeks. Things seemed to be getting stale. And from some reading I've done, I think that the body hits plateaus every month or so. At least mine does. I've been reading on this site and Betterman and appreciate the knowledge and experience you guys have shared. Rock out wit your cocks out. later
