Whats up guys, hows it hangin? (no pun intended). Anyways Im new here, first post. 22 years old. Im slightly above the average size, never had any complaints. Im interested in getting bigger and harder. Probably because I've been an absolute porn addict since I was 13, and I get demoralized when I see bigger guys. Really Jealous. I won't stop until I have a pornstar penis.

I have some serious hardness and erection issues tho. I can't remember the last time I got a FULL morning wood. Yeah its that bad. I point the finger to stress. I have pretty serious dipression and anxiety issues. I recently bought the book "Exercising the Penis" and its a pretty good read. In the book, a Dr. says that stress, dipression, anxiety, and even the prescription pills that treat them, can affect your hardness and erection levels. He said a happy outlook on life, makes your penis full of life. If this is true, then I think I found my problem, and solution. Not only do I have traits of those 3 conditions, I also take prescription pills for each of them, not to mention I've had a very dim outlook on life for years now.

Anyways, I started exercising about a week and a half ago with the regular begginers routine. I think I may be overtraining tho. I have never really treated my buddy with "kindness" before. Always kinda treated him like a tool rather than a part of my body. I guess its time to learn and be conscience of how I treat "my most prized organ."

In case you were wonderin, my username is an indication of my aggressiveness in bed, Im similar to a humming bird if you catch my drift.

Looking forward to being an active, helping member on these boards. In my opinion, A team of guys helping one another to achieve a common goal is awesome. Cheers to achieving our goals!

Welcome aboard! Good first post. Yea, at 22 you shouldn't be having erection problems. SRIs can cause some serious sexual side effects. You might want to talk with your doctor about other options.

Be careful of over-training, you will probably not gain and might end up injured. We are looking forward to your participation and involvement here so don't break anything!

Hey guys! New to PE, looks like a great site with some great info. Have one question, out of scientific curiosity: Many of us have heard that working out when your younger can stunt your growth: Is there a youngest age suggest for starting these workout routines? thanks guys!

DRLS, Welcome aboard! We recommend waiting until you are 18. For most guys this signifies the end of puberty and mostly likely penis growth. How old are you?

Hello everybody. Glad I found this site and I really hope everything will workout for me. I have been having trouble getting hard especially when my girl is around I just can't get it up to save my life. Hoping the Kegal exercises will help with that and I am more than happy if I get an inch or two on length. I for sure will be doing the exercises and definatly keep you posted if I see gains. I am 18, going to be 19 in September. I lift weights about every single day. I am training for the Marines. I am very fit and I eat pretty healthy. Yes I can get myself erect for masturbation sometimes. It's very hard to do though at times. I wish there was just some magical thing I could to do get erect and than do the jequling exercises but I am no quitter and very determined. If it is possible than it will work for me because I do not give up.

Hello my fellow brothers. I am 20 years old and have been doing and researching PE and it's forums for 3-4 months consistently. I have tried Jelqing, strectches and erect bends about 4 years back but was not patient enough and quit after 2 weeks. About 3 1/2 months ago I decided to really give this thing a try. My starting stats were approxiamately 4.5" erect non-bone-pressed length and 4.5" erect girth. I've started out with a light routine for about a month doing jelqs for 10-15 mins a day about 5 days a week along with some erect bends and stretches. I know erect bends are for advanced PE-ers but I figured what the hell. I would always think what Lee Priest, a famous and successful professional bodybuilder said... "It's OK to go against the rules. The rules do not work for everyone"... of course he was talking about workouts and such. because i work out in the gym very consistently and i do make up my own techniques which have worked out fantastically, I decided to give it a try in the PE world.

After 2 months of PE'ing i decided to go into some more advanced exercises such as holds, assisted stretches, caterpillar squeezes, and a few others. What I do is I will switch it up contantly, just like in the gym. Sometimes I will take a few days off, even up to a week off so I can fully recover. My gains have been consistent. I am currently at 5.25" non-BP erect length, and 5.5" erect girth mishaft (5.75 or more at base), with noticeable increased vascularity and harder erections and a firmer flaccid unit. If and when I notice my gains stop coming I will take 2-4 weeks off with light Jelqs and JAI stretches so I can heal completely but not lose much or any gains. I look at PE just like lifting in the gym. When I stop gaining muscle I either up the intensity, change the workout completely, take a while off then start up again with the same intenity as before, or a combination of the above.

I DO regret using advanced exercises before I should have (I am very impulsive) and I fear I will not reach my final erect length goal of 7". I am going to stick with PE for as long as I have to in order to reach my final goal of at least 7" non-bone-pressed erect length and 6" erect girth at midshaft.

And I cannot thank all of you on this board for giving me the useful information I needed to gain what I have gained so far. I will use all the info on this site to gain even more to get to where my heart is set upon. Ever since I was in 5th grade I prayed to God that I would have a decently big penis. I guess he had a different plan for me. I think he wants me to work on it. I don't pray that he will give me a big penis anymore, but rather that he will give me the motivation, energy, willpower, and ability so I can exercise my way into gaining a big(ger) penis on my own.

Hi Everyone, I am new to this PE site, just signed up today. I am hopefull that the information here will provide me with the knowledge and insight to obtain some degree of penis health and growth. I have read about PE for years and have tried it short term. As I was doing the JELKING exercises I was looking for indicators of what I was practicing was going to show some initial concrete visible or physical feelings within my penis. I was looking for indicators that would tell or communicate to me that I was on the right track with the jelking exercises. I did some jelking exercises about two weeks ago for a period of two weeks consistently, everything I was doing seemed to be going fine, but, then I noticed something. I developed a bump or lump in my penile ligament (the position of this lump or bump is located as I am looking down at my own pubic region on the right side, top corner of my pubic hair region) it wasn't painful to the touch, but I could tell that the bump was irritated, tender, so I stopped the exercises. The bump or lump is still there, and I am not exercising my penis until the bump or lump goes away. My question for ANYONE out there...Has ANYONE experienced this happening to them and if so what did they do? Looking for some wise advice for my lump/bump problem. I would appreciate any information and/or feedback.
