Hi, I'm a guy from Norway who recently awoke my interest in PE. Ten years ago when i was 18 i searched the internet a lot for PE and similar things, and ended up with a pay site with basically the same methods, but without the theory to go along. This provided me with a bunch of advanced techniques like for example the horse squeeze, but with no tips on when to use them or the intensity one should use. Thus, it resulted in a massive dose of overtraining and zero results, not to mention a broken thrust with PE techniques.
Couple of months ago i was just surfing the net, and thought i should take an update look on this to see if something new had emerged. I found this site and instantly became interested to give it another try. For the last month and a half i have been following JohnPop's newbieroutine, and have been reading almost any post there is on the forum, i have also had some significant gains in flaccid lenght. Today i gained new insight into the TGC theory, and will adjust my routine in a small degree towards more stretching and somewhat less jelqing. according to the fact that i suspect that my tunica is a limiting factor for gains. BPFSL: 4,8 BPEL: 5,6. I will shortly be setting short term and long term goals, and you can expect some questions in the time coming.
