Hi, am looking to get both length and girth, girth is important for me. Currently it's 5 inch in length and 4 inch in girth, so what is the first i need to follow? Is it that i need gain in length first and then girth? Should i start from jps-90-day-beginner-routine? Please let me know people.

I am PE ing for 1 month,1 day horse squeezes, day2 girth exercise in the jelq free routine 20 sets, and the third day: rest. I haven't gained anything, but I feel itching sensation many times, which half of the men doing PE experience.

Can you elaborate more on your routine? How much have you been increasing in volume each session?

Did you start without any experience and move to Horse Squeezes?
