Hello guys. New member here. Just started the 90 day's begginers programme. Every couple of days I take a bathmate session. Any pointers ?

You will find lots a great guys and gals in our forums...all ready to help and share their experience...
One thing I would suggest is that you read all you can about PE by starting at the START HERE! tab at the top left of this page.
Then I would recommend starting your own Tobias Progress Log. That way we can see how you're doing and it will help you stay with your program by keeping you accountable.

Hi I'm new here n I heard about jelqing . I'm not really satisfied with my size my penis length is 5.5 Inc ( erect) , and girth ( 4.6) . I want to increase both my length and girth . but I want to do it safely without any damage to my penis . but I have no idea how to begin wt to do .Please help .

I've picked a light beginner routine since starting of slowly is better for me . I have some questions .
1) how long should I stick to one routine?
2) what are the expected results from jelqing ? Doest it increases both length and girth ?
3) as a beginner how many days I should in a week ?
4 ) how many sets each day ?
5) any other advice?

im a beginner . Penis length (5.5) , girth(4.7). My goal is to reach 7 inch length , 6 inch girth . I started with wet jelqing kind of introduce my body to PE . But it's not enough to reach my goal. can u give me a standard beginner routine which i can follow after my first 3 weeks . Hi, I'm new here. At first, I'd like to apologize for my bad English (I'm from Eastern Europe 😁)

I registered to this site because I found it unbeliveable that, at one side, we have tons and tons of valid scientific studies, all with the same conclusion - penis enlargement is a myth. It is simply not possible to enlarge your penis by any known exercise, pill, or device, except surgery. Yet, on the other side, there is this site. Thousands of members, claiming that they have done some exercises, bought some products, were persistant for months and - succeeded in enlarging their penises. It is just unbeliveable to me that there is so many people claiming just the opposite of what pretty much all scientific studies have shown. HOW CAN THIS BE?

Now, only that is just not convincing enough for me to start, mainly because I've been doing some jelqing for about 4 months, 15 minutes a day, and I did not gain a single milimetar of length/girth. That, along with previously mentioned studies, demotivated me so much that it is hard for me to believe that PE is possible. I need something, someone honest who has done it, who doesn't promote a company or a website, to honestly tell me - is it even worth trying? HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY GAINED? What can I expect, after what time? (I'm 5.6" in length) I hope for answers.. Thanks very much.

Where are these studies disproving penis enlargement? Just a note- someone writing an article claiming they "think" PE doesn't work doesn't amount to a study.

There are formal studies showing penis enlargement is possible:

Please review the Progress Forum for detailed posts and routines from those who've made gains.

You'll need structured and progressive routine if you wish to force gains. Ensure you're including elements in your training to improve your EQ- as EQ is literally the life blood of training and a larger penis requires more conditioning to function.

As someone already pointed out, there is no actual (!) scientific data to disprove the possibility of PE. I'm a molecular biologist and a chemistry student, so I have very high standards for studies conducted on just about anything, including PE. There is no evidence to support your claims, only a lot of urologists etc. who say that it shouldn't work. Yet you have hundreds of before and after pictures from people all over the world who say that it took them months and years to achieve their results and they are usually not trying to sell anything. You will need to be consistent and you will need to increase the amount of time that you put in and the intensity of your workouts over time. I started a few weeks ago and have not yet measured, but my flaccid size has definitely increased a lot and I have been told by multiple partners (without asking them/pointing anything out) that my dick has become bigger. Try a different route and stay motivated, gains will not come easily. Just be patient.
