NBPEL 7.0 inch
My goal is to reach 8 inches NBPEL. Can anybody help me with lengthening exercises?
I have a penis pump. Not sure if that will target length or just girth. Any advice will be appreciated!

I've lurked for a while around these and other threads. I've done plenty of measuring and decided I wanted to be a little bigger. Started at 7.5 EL 7.875 bpel and 6.125 eg. I did jp90 for maybe two weeks. I hit it pretty hard(I always think the guys saying be careful are pussies) for 14-17 sessions...then just gave up. I was alone in my house with a very good morning rod and decided to measure. 7.75 EL 8 3/16 bpel and 6 1/4 eg.
What's good everybody! Please go check out my forum as I am relatively new to the community & have only gotten so many replies. I started off 6.5 X 5 & with a lot of exercises I've listed I've gotten to as high as 7 & honestly idk I feel like probably like 5.25 maybe... I would say 5.125.. so the most I've measured thus far is 7 x 5.125 you know.. It's really crazy but this stuff actually works.. It's pretty lit
overall I think my advice for any guy on this forum would be this... Girls have been surveyed up & down the board and sure if they had to choose... I mean honestly you would be surprised.. Girls TEND to fantasize about a guy with like a 6 - 6.5 inch thing u feel me. Girls don't give nearly as much of a fuck as guys do.. It's a bit of body dysmorphia with the over inundation of sex & lust in our culture in particularly pornography.
Girls will break up with guys if their things are too big. I personally want to increase my size because I feel like, idk its just a fun goal for me to set, I am to some extent an addict & get fixated on body mods (I gained 1.5 - 2 inches in height through spinal decompression depending on the time of day). I'll tell u whats infinitely more important in sex.. Knowing your size, & going from there.. If your 8 x 5.5... bro u need to warm her up and be gentle until she gives you the green light.. your going to hurt her.. I've been doing a lot of research. Stay blessed y'all !
Hello guys. I'm Asian and new to PE. My fist exposure to PE was by a book by Aaron Kemmer - "Excercising the Penis".
I put off this thought of exercising my penis because at first i thought it was fake...but coming across PEgym has proven me that penis enlargement is possible...Thanks.
And btw, have any of you come across the book by chance? I'm starting with a beginners routine given in the book and im supposed to gradually increase the intensity and incorporate advanced exercises after time.Is it okay to follow the book or does anyone have a routine they would like me to follow for maximum gains?

Hi, am looking to get both length and girth, girth is important for me. Currently it's 5 inch in length and 4 inch in girth, so what is the first i need to follow? Is it that i need gain in length first and then girth? Should i start from jps-90-day-beginner-routine? Please let me know people.
