Excellent, I’m going to try this.
I’ve been struggling to keep my Wrecking ball on, keeps slipping off while at work.
This seems more firmly attached with the vacuum cup.
Is removing it for urinating a hassle?
Removing it is super easy. All I need is an Allen key to open it or I just remove the vac cap and it slides off.

Ah yes, I got the magnetic one so no need to carry around an Allen key.
One more question bud, do you need to tape the glands to prevent blisters? It’s only 2 pounds so shouldn’t need a lot of vacuum right.

Because the weight is pushing behind the glans and not pulling the tip of the cap there's almost no chance for blister build up. I like to go in raw, sometimes with a bit of babypower and pump as much as it goes (medium cap). You don't need a lot of pumping/vacuum to make it work. The foreskin can create some edema after over 1+ hours of use. To prevent any skin irritation I just wrap some tender tape under the glans but usually it's not necessary. :)

Atm I'm too lazy to write everything down but I'm still doing pe every week.

Mainly focused on double clamping/vac ads/extending and pumping.

I've made a change to my weight lifting routine. I'm giving myself an extra day of rest before hitting the gym again. From now on 2 lifting workouts per week.

I'm going to adjust my extending efforts a bit. In the past I've always set up my extender in a way that both sides are balanced. My banana has a left curve which means that the right side while erect is 3-5 mm longer than my left side. I've noticed the right side while extending is a lot softer and more relaxed than the shorter side. I'm going to increase the tension on the longer right side a bit more while extending. This should help grow both sides at a more even pace.

Hi Couchdog,

pumping with bathmate gave me the majority of my girth gains but also added a small amount of length. The biggest portion of my length gains came from extending flaccid and erect.

It's the most effective combo I've had sofar that worked with my banana. Extending maxes out the tissues flaccid length creating micro tears and filling the gaps within hundrets of hours, while water pumping heals, relaxes the tissue and preserves girth while gaining more length.

After reading a lot about ultrasound, especially from Kyrpa and Igigi about ultrasound therapy for penile enlargement I've decided to add ultrasound to my pe routine.

Special thanks to Igigi for helping me. (y) :D

Today the US Pro 2000 2nd Edition arrived and I'm exited to try it out.

I'm going to restart my very successful routine from 2021 in the next few weeks and adding ultrasound.

The tunica and especially the septum limit the bananas girth and length. It's a connective tissue (collagen) a type of protein. Collagen is still a stetchy material but also the most robust inside the penile tissue. In theory, pumping the corpus carvernosum and corpus spongiosum will not yield any gains except better bloodflow/cell regeneration if unable to weaken/stretch/denature collagen and create more space for growth. Erectile tissue that fills with blood pushes against the tunica and therefore is limited in expansion by how far the tunica allows to stretch.

Collagen starts to denature at around 37 °C. This could explain why I was successfully gaining with Bathmate. I measured the temperature of the water inside my Bathmate at around 40°C. My skin was able to tolerate a temperature of up to 43°C when 45 °C became painful. (Also, the higher the water temperature the higher the chances of blisters/edema/burns.)

For my new routine I'll focus more on heating up and not pumping with Bathmate to maximum. Probably going to pump 2 x 10 mins sessions with refilling the tube with hot water after the first 10 mins to maximize heat. Going to try to avoid edema as much as possible to not damage my frenulum.

The ultrasound device (US Pro 2000 2nd Edition) heats up to aprox. 35 °C which is great for comfort and helps counter ambient temps. I don't like hanging or using a pully system because of privacy and ambient temperature cooling of the banana. Using extenders while wearing pants helps for warmth. (thinking about heatpads) Ultrasound will heat up collagen and allow a much longer and more relaxed stretch.

Going to use a vacuum cap and stretch around my quads to work the banana with ultrasound. I'm also going use ultrasound while strapped into my extenders. (Leluv Slider/X4 labs) The extender rods will only allow ultrasound application to work top and bottom. I'll have to experiment and see which approach is the best for me. The first 20-30 mins of extending will be enough to warmup and get into the zone. Then adding in ultrasound should have a great effect.

Using ultrasound can also help to enhance the pelvic floor while shockwave therapy probably has an even higher chance at doing this.

Aiming for high quality 3-4 hours of extending per day/5 times per week and Bathmate + ultrasound with 2 days off in different intervals. Cialis 2-3x per week (max 10mg) has proven to be very effective for regeneration, flaccid/erect bloodflow and much stronger/more frequent morning wood.

There's also a chance that ultrasound may help against plaque tissue causing peyronie's disease. Maybe it will help me straighten my left curve.

I've been testing the new ultrasound device and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm not only using it for my banana. The heat function of the head piece feels great (a big plus compared to other ultrasound home devices).
Still waiting for some extra ultrasound gel to be delivered. I'm planning on starting the routine the next week.
For extra heating I'm going with gel compresses. Their max heat is 80°C.
