I am not doing pretty much any restday..is it so necessary? I mean i saw that you re doing 2 days at least..these 2 rest days are always on your program since you started?

It's always good to take at least 1 restday to make sure you're not overtraining and your body can fully heal. If you have no physical indicators, pain, fatique, injuries, hard flaccid then you're good to go. My routine has always had 2 restdays in different variations and that has worked great for me.

I've seen the same thing. 3 on, 2 off, or 4 on, 1 off max works really well for me. It seems a bit counterintuitive but after a rest my post-workout length is always a bit longer if I give it time to recover.

Back when I started my routine my gym workouts and cardio (cycling) days collided which each other. I very quicky found out that especially extending on gym days was a lot harder. A lot of the blood after heavy workouts is stored in the muscles and it does feel counter productive to train the banana on those days or after intense workouts. I also try to avoid sex on gym days.

Felt a bit overtrained this week. I got into the habit of using my pe off days for hitting the gym. I need to gear down a bit and take it slow.

Currently taking cialis/tadalafil and Black Maca as supplements to my pe routines.

Cialis is very effective for me. I don't have any negative side effects. My flaccid size is much fuller, almost semi erect. I can really feel and see the increased bloodflow. My erections are much longer and harder than before. I'm also getting random erections. Black Maca makes me super horny! :devilish:

Gains are already there but I need to make sure they are permanent.

I have thought about trying something similar but my wife already says no mass.

Here's a picture of my favourite all day stretcher. It's a 1 Kg ballstretcher attached to a vacuum bell. It feels a bit like hanging especially while walking. I usually have it on for 2 hours in one session. :devilish:

Excellent, I’m going to try this.
I’ve been struggling to keep my Wrecking ball on, keeps slipping off while at work.
This seems more firmly attached with the vacuum cup.
Is removing it for urinating a hassle?
