Maelsukr, I think you have the right attitude. I was gaining last fall and got all excited and started doing lots of new and interesting stuff and all progress stopped.
I took a break and I am coming back with JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine and keeping things simple. I seem to be gaining slightly which is just fine by me. I would certainly like to be gaining quickly but slow gains beat the hell out of no gains.

millia , How's the foot ? Hope it's healing quickly so you can get back to it.
What I saw and thought was interesting was the smooth muscle contraction , and nitric oxide decrease .
I was wondering what that would do to the penis in relation to PE .
Maybe I am mistaken . Isn't nitric oxide what helps with erections ?
This article is about blood pressure , but , the penis is 50% smooth muscle .
Just thought others might not know this , as I didn't .
Another reason to cut down on sugar , if this is accurate . :D


Fructose elevates uric acid, which decreases nitric oxide, raises angiotensin, and causes your smooth muscle cells to contract, thereby raising your blood pressure and potentially damaging your kidneys.[1]

Hey piratey man , Been there , done that . LOL !!! No sh*t !! A little knowledge , and some ego , stops all progress .
At least in my case .
I've been crazed with my no progress lately . Doing all kind of exercises in an attempt to gain more .
However , I've gone to default and reboot , to start JP's again . although modified .
I think my small gain is from slowing down and easing off .
What's that saying , KISS . That's my motto , now . hehehe !
And you're right , slow gains beats no gains !!

Yeah !! BPSFL is 6.5" today .
No Club .
DTR on for 4 hrs . Still not long enough , damnit !
I KNOW there is an ANTEATER here somewhere and I'll find him !!
p90x Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X . so good !!
Did JP's stretching routine x 3
Inner Pulls -3
Flaccid squeezes -3
Today is a combo of length and girth for me .
Staying light for awhile .

Hey Cal , The DTR is doing great . Just not spending as much time with it in place as I would like .
I'm wondering if you can have it on too long ? I wear mine fully pushed in , most times .
Thinking of wearing it as a stretcher when I figure out how to fit it right .

4-22-10 - 10 pm .
BPSFL - 6.5" . All righty !!
DeTeR on for 6 hrs. Cool .
Club :
Leg raises - 200 reps .
Back raises - 15 reps .
Bi's - 4 sets x 20 at 30 lbs .
Tri's - 4 sets x 30 at 60 lbs .
Rows - 1 set x 25 at 78 lbs . 2 sets x 25 at 100 lbs .
Chest - 2 sets x 30 at 15 lbs .
Assisted Chin and Dips - 20 reps each x 80 lbs .which means I was lifting 100 lbs .
Damn , I'm so weak on these .

PE - Just stretches tonight , per JP .
4 sets -rotary and directional , plus JAI stretches .
For some reason I'm not including any edging . I must be D-uh !!
I always measure better after .
So , I'll edge after .
p90x tonight is the yoga section . These always make me sweat, well !!
Weighed tonight at 174 lbs . Wow , things that happen when not eating so many carbs
before bed .

Hey mael, the foots doing a lot better surprisingly, the swelling has come down but you can almost see the broken bones in it, which I think is cool. The bruising underneath my foot has gotten a lot more profound while the bruise on the right side of the foot seems to be going slowly. I have another bruise like looking thing appearing on the top of my foot above where the break happened, all very weird.
I haven't been taking my painkillers or anti-inflammatories.. The painkillers don't do anything except make me want to sleep and make it hard to use the restroom, if I'm taking pain killers I want good sh*t that gets me alllll feeling good! And my food intake has gone quite down because I'm not doing as much physically so I don't need as much energy. I don't want my fat stores to start building up from lack of exercise and eating too much so I'm trying to stay on a protein and high fiber diet.
Only good thing is the definition my forearms are getting from being on crutches.
I'm thinking about taking crutch walks around the neighborhood as exercise and building up stamina because I'm going on a cruise for my birthday next week with my girlfriend and my parents.. So I don't want to be getting tired out during the cruise from cripple walking around then.
Congrats on your progress! I'm impressed to see your consistency with the P90X as well as exercise in general, keep up the good work with PE and Physical Exercise (hee hee) and you'll have that awesome bod in no time amigo!

p90 x is kickin' me good . However I love it . I actually look forward to doing them . I can really see where I need
more workouts . Shoulders are my weak spot . Well , and everything else . LOL !! But those in particular.
Yes , I started at 186 lbs . on April 1st . Actually shocked that I've lost that much so quick . :cool:

4-24-10 - 1 am.
Dick's at 6.5" flaccid . Come on , big boy . I know you got it in you !!!
Now , I just gotta get that sucker to 6.5" EL .

Did some edging last night after my routine .
Man , my libido has come back .
I was stroking and pulling him and feeling SO friggin' good .
Since I'm restoring my skin , I pull on it to enhance the stretch .
Then , I get into a rotating pull , and can't easily stop .
I measured after , and got 6.5" with a 8 or 9 EQ .

I've heated myself , so I may have a simple stretch this evening .
Along with some edging .We'll see if I can restrain my exuberance .

No club today .
p90x -Back and Legs ,and Ab RipperX . Kickin' !!
DTR for 10 hrs. That's a better time frame .

wow you got results quick eh, I got one of the p90x dvds, i think its the plyometrics one, ima give it a shot soon

I just poped in the dvd and tried it out, damn bro it fucking kicked my ass, I couldnt even get threw the hole thing and im a realy active guy, damn its so different from anything ive done befor. I cant wait till next week after my rest days from the gym to do it again.Its wicked stuff man

Instead of quitting like that boxer, if you do what you're able to do and rest before they start up the next one you build up your own endurance to where you can keep up with the program. That's why P90X promotes so much success because while it's instructional you do it at your own pace, knaw meen?
Anyways mael I feel you on the eating before bed! I always get hungry right around bed time and it SUCKS! That's why if I can't restrain myself I have something fiberous (banana, oatmeal bar) so it get absorbed into my system and the actual fiber is gone within the next 24 hours lol.

Hey man, Ive bein hittin the gym like a mad man, today was supposed to be my rest day and i just so happend to pop in the dvd to see what it was about, I went until my legs gave out and i knew that if I did anymore it would give me serious pains tomorrow, then I would be usless for the whole day.dont think Im quiting, Im just listening to my body and my body said" STOP RIGHT FUCKING NOW" and im glad I did.

78 lbs x 30 reps
100 lbs x 30 reps
121 lbs . x 25 reps .
Assisted Dip and Chin -2 sets x 10 reps .x 100 lbs .


p90x tonight : Kenpo X . These are easier this time !!
Damn , It's been a long day . My BGF had a birthday and we did some fungi , if you know what I mean .
