BigO !!
He cycles his wood and I've trained myself to wake for the event .
Sometimes I have to fluff him a bit .

The Weighted DTR is very comfortable .
Don't get as much stretch time in as you do .
He's starting to get a snout ! LOL !!

Yes , don't do squats .
In fact , I don't do any leg stuff except the elliptical .
And that's cardio .

I'll have to youtube it and find a routine .

So I put him through his routine .
80 - P-P- Rotary Stretches .
80 - P-P-J's + Kegals .
80 - Overhand Squeezes .
80 - Underhand Squeezes .
60 - Glans Pull - Fulcrum Stretches .
60 - CC Side Bend Squeezes .
Started with groups of 20 .
He stayed erect and ready so we did groups to 80 reps .

Got pool sun and roasted his sac for 30 min .
40 - Flaccid P-P-J's + Kegals .
40 - Flaccid P-P-Rotary Stretches .
40 - Flaccid Glans Pull - Fulcrum Stretches .
I like pulling him while flaccid .
Much more able to stretch and pull effectively .
But can't beat erect work .

Dynamic Pumping - 3 - 7 Hg . - 2 x 60 min .
Got him to fill 80 % of his tube !
Seems the longer time and dynamic work are helping .
Weighted DTR - 4 hrs .

These seem more effective when he's softer .
I can grip just the ends of his CC's and do a fulcrum stretch .

Played with his meat , stretching and pulling my bud .
Love waking and playing .
Gets the body ready to go !

My putr woke me about 3 am , updating .
Since I was awake , I noted he was up for some play time !
Was reading raiders log and he was talking about doing hundreds of stretches in his routine .
Haven't done that many at one time , so I did .
Stretched him very well , even got him to juice me !

We did 1000 - 1 sec . rotary stretches .
40 - CC Side Bend Squeezes .
And about 40 - Overhand Inner Penis Pulls .
And he stayed woody and jiggy . LOL !!

Got awakened again with lightening and rain .
We were in sync .
"Peck" was raring to go , so we did a couple hundred 1 sec . P-P-J's .
Alternating overhand with underhand squeeze - bends . About 80 reps .
Plump Glans Pull - Fulcrum Stretches . About 60 reps .

When I got up , he was a very flaccid "Peck" .
Didn't take long for him to be standing tall again !
Squeezed and pull on him , feeling how much fatigue was still evident .
Later today , he may get some pump .

Weighted DTR - 6 hrs .

40 min . sac sun and play-edging .
Just pulled and squeezed him for several min .
Getting blood flow and playful .
SFL - 7.6 "

Dynamic Pump - 3 - 10 Hg . - 80 min .
Leaks down to 4 Hg . -back to 5 - 7 - 10 Hg .
Really filled the tube !
No edema , just a fat glans .

He likes that movement .
