My wife returned to work today, so while her stress level is likely to interfere with our love life for the foreseeable future, the upside is I have more privacy during the day, so I can ramp up the consistency of my PE again. BPEL is now flirting with 7.75" at max EQ while edging. Girth seems to be holding where it is, though when clamped I am seeing 5.6-5.7".

Great birthday routine! EQ is extremely high at this point. My orgasm today lasted a VERY long time. It actually felt like there might have been three distinct orgasms in one. I got to PONR and allowed myself to go over, and the initial pumping of sperm happened, then several seconds in it was like I reached another PONR and went over another cliff, then again several seconds later the same thing. Hard to say how long it lasted, but probably 20 seconds, maybe more? Really nice.

  • 55 minutes clamped edging (5 mins warmup, 12 mins clamped, 150 ULI/Erect Squeeze Hybrids, 12 mins clamped, 100 ULI/Erect Squeeze Hybrids, 12 mins clamped, 10 mins no clamp), no ejaculation

This was probably the most pleasurable PE workout yet! I added some side-to-sides to the stretching section and an extra round of clamping to the edging session, and it was SOOO hard not bust at the end. I'm an eternal optimist, though, and I'm really holding out for sex Saturday night. We haven't made love since the trip to the cabin, so it's getting dangerously close to a month. I think even she's starting to get cranky about it, though the stress of school starting back sort of overrides everything around here for the time being.

Anyway, amazing workout. I was at or above 7.75" BPEL multiple times, so I expect that to be official next week. I'm planning to take tomorrow off and save my energy up for sex over the weekend. Send me some good vibes!

Really sweet loving making yesterday morning. Nothing crazy, just took it slow (probably 45 minutes from start to finish) wearing the Pivot cockring and ultimately pumped her to an intense orgasm, then took the Pivot off and pumped her hard for several more minutes until I pulled out and came on her chest and belly. God, I've missed that over the past few weeks!

Measured slightly over 7.75" BPEL multiple times again today. Incrementing the sig. One more 1/8" increment to 2" total gained!

Wow. Congrats mate. Your gains are very impressive. What did you say your wife about your new size ? Supports she your PE workout?

Do you count 1 jelq as after stroking with both hands or is 1 jelq just one stroke?

Each stroke is counted as a jelq. So, left hand count 1, then right hand count 2, and so on. I know it is counted differently elsewhere, but it just works better for me that way.

I see that you are still only stretching for about 5 minutes.
Do you feel like anything in particular has contributed to your length gains or would you say it’s a combination of the edging, jelqing, and Squeezes?

Also do you feel like squeezes have aided in your EQ?

The squeezing and clamped edging is mostly for girth and EQ, but the extended edging sessions could contribute to length. I think the clamped edging has the most positive impact on EQ.

Honestly, with the stretching and jelqing, I look at the whole process as length work. I seriously try to jelq at under 60% EL, so I'm quite pliable, and each jelq includes a little tug at the end, so there's a stretch component there as well. One could really say I'm stretching for that entire period, only the jelqing has the added benefit of milking blood up the shaft as well.

Once I hit 8" BPEL, I'll likely shift time from jelqing over to squeezing and clamped edging to further target girth.

I see what you mean about the jelqing and stretching being length work. They both are working the same tissues. I assume that the directional stretches beforehand prime your unit for the pull at the end of each jelq. I’m going to experiment just a little in my next training cycle (next week). Not too much, still going to stick with the stretch, jelq, edge progression. I am absolutely going to incorporate the clamped edging once I hit my length goal

If you read through the thread, you'll pick this up, but my wife initially found out because she saw a browser window I had open. At first she was skeptical, but eventually came around, and she now freely admits to loving my new size. That said, I know she doesn't much care to think about me sitting around for hours while she's gone yanking on my cock, but whatever... :rolleyes:

I'm switching my routine to one that is close to yours because I feel that V-Jelqs are not for me (was doing JP90 but not really enjoying it, just doing regular wet jelqs are better imho)

Looks like a solid routine. I don't rest during the jelq phase, but do what works for you. It would typically take me closer to 20 minutes to do 300, so I gather you're going a bit faster than I do. I really try to milk the tissue, jelqing at 40-60% EL. If I get above 60%, I get up and walk around or stop completely. I think this is key for length gains.

75 jelqs take me just under 5 minutes, so that's close to 20 for 300, and I can generally get 500 done in 30 minutes if I'm in for a long routine.

By all means, take a break and helicopter or something in between sets of 100 if you want or if it helps. But I would say slow down the strokes a bit, make sure you use plenty of lube (wet jelq), oh and I usually alternate overhand grip with underhand grip every 50 strokes (so 50 overhand, then 50 underhand, or vice versa) just to keep the tissue manipulation balanced. And if length is what you're after, when you finish a jelq at the glans, be sure to take the extra half second or so to give it a little tug, think of it as a quick stretch at the end of each jelq.

I bet yours are 3-4 seconds long jelqs.
Is that little tug just holding the glands like stretching while using other hand to clamp and maintaing blood from coming back ?

Is that little tug just holding the glands like stretching while using other hand to clamp and maintaing blood from coming back ?

I don't use the other hand to clamp. Just start the jelq at the base, milk up the shaft, stop just below the glans and grip a bit harder, give it a quick tug/stretch, then set up for the next jelq and repeat. That's the basic pattern I'm using at the moment.

Great, lengthy session today with no one else in the house. EQ is off the charts at this point, both with morning woods and during PE sessions. In the midst of all the other chaos in my house right now, I couldn't be happier about the PE situation.

Yogi, do you do your jelqs straight out, down or up? Also, are you standing, sitting or laying down?

I'm uncut so I find that doing them sitting and slightly downwards is best. Tbh I feel a better stretch if I do them straight up but too much skin gets pulled and I think it's a bit ineffective in the long run.

Going down lets me control my skin better and perform my reps more efficiently.

Lastly, for stretching - how long do you hold each stretch for?
