Also did Minuteman's DO Kegel Training Level 0.1 this morning, 20 standing reps of kegel, reverse kegel, root lock, reverse root lock. It was pretty straight-forward, and my isolation is pretty good already. The hardest thing at this point is to isolate root lock. When I engage root lock (what the yoga tradition calls Ashwini Mudra), I have a hard time not recruiting other muscles to an unnecessary degree. I will pay special attention to this going forward, but the other kegel actions seem well isolated from each other. I plan to do this practice twice a day every other day for at least through the weekend before moving to Level 0.2.

Woke up this morning with 3 woods, one about 5am, another about 6am, and another about 7am. My son got up around 6 and woke us up before going to play video games downstairs. I ballooned for a few minutes with that erection. EQ is crazy good right now, and I wasn't feeling sore from yesterday's workout at all.

Did Minuteman's DO Kegel Training Level 0.1 right after I woke up. I know the recommendation is every other day, but the 0.1 stuff is not taxing for me so I took the opportunity to improve my sensitivity and isolation.

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but I felt so great this morning, and my son got an unexpected therapy spot at 9am, so he and my wife left for an hour. Gotta make hay while the sun shines, right?

I hope I'm not jumping the gun here, but I've measured consistently at 7.125" during the last two edging sessions, so I'm going to increment my sig. Tomorrow will definitely be a day off. Hopefully the 1/8" increment will prove solid when I get back to it over the weekend.

Yet again, I couldn't resist turning a rest day into a work day. For a variety of reasons, I'm wanting to maximize gains as quickly as possible, and my guy is feeling great. I could tell a slight level of fatigue this morning, but nothing too bad and no other negative PIs. More landscaping work to do over the weekend, and the probability of weekend sex tomorrow night make it a great time for a couple days off PE. More reason just to squeeze one more workout in this week.

Done.

Amen. I'm not very experienced at PE yet but I assume it's like weight training which I did quite a lot through my 20's, you grow while you rest not while you train

So, I have been reading MM's Dry Orgasm Guide and working on those kegeling routines. I've also checked in with the DO/MMO Group Threads. And today I read through about half of Hydeaway's Progress Log.

These resources, along with my recent personal experiences have confirmed my current routine is THE ROUTINE (at least for me). It has been working over the past 4 months, and I expect it to continue into future months. Given my positive response to working PE every day last week, I see no reason not to go to a 5 days on 2 days off schedule as described by Hydeaway. I do plan to clamp/edge in the future, but for the time being I will begin to edge with my Pivot cockring as privacy allows. I will probably lower the stretching time and warmup time to 5 minutes each, and I will up the jelqing to 500 reps (still roughly 30 minutes), then I'll edge with the Pivot in preparation for clamped edging.

I'll keep a close eye on PIs and such, but I expect I'll be able to keep this up for about a month, at which point I'll plan to take a week or so off to decon before my wife and I take our anniversary trip. It'll be a 3-night romp in a cabin overlooking a river valley with a hot tub on the deck. I'm renting a party barge for us to cruise a nearby lake one day as well. Should be plenty of erotic opportunities there, and I'm excited to see how much I can gain between now and then.

I have also added a bit of nutrition to my program aimed directly at EQ and whatnot. I'm taking Zinc 50 mg twice a day, drinking some 5G tea similar to Incogneeetoe's preparation, and adding beet powder to my protein shakes once daily.

For anyone casually stopping by or skeptical or on the fence about pe, DON'T SIT ON THE SIDELINES! This stuff absolutely works if you're patient and you take the time to find the right routine for you. You and your sexual partner(s) will not be disappointed!
