Also did Minuteman's DO Kegel Training Level 0.1 this morning, 20 standing reps of kegel, reverse kegel, root lock, reverse root lock. It was pretty straight-forward, and my isolation is pretty good already. The hardest thing at this point is to isolate root lock. When I engage root lock (what the yoga tradition calls Ashwini Mudra), I have a hard time not recruiting other muscles to an unnecessary degree. I will pay special attention to this going forward, but the other kegel actions seem well isolated from each other. I plan to do this practice twice a day every other day for at least through the weekend before moving to Level 0.2.
