All kinds tbh.

Premature Ejaculation.
Weak Erections
Almost no cum when ejaculating
Week urine stream
No Morning Wood ( probably arousal problem ) - I am in week 4 of no porn.
Low Libido

I've got two values on my blood regarding testosterone
Testosteron nmol/l = 17.7
Free Testorsteron is at 402 pmol/l
I am 36.

I am also going to a physio - already the second physio which is not helping much.
We are looking at stretching exercises I already know and he is trying to get some tension out of my abs where it feels like I have a inflmation somewhere between the pubis and the lower abs.

Hey y'all i was having terrific success overcoming my hard flaccid and strengthening my erections with IC contractions so of course i over did it one day and now need to rest, stretch, massage etc as I'm sore and feel not so well anymore doing the contractions.

Any advice on how to best approach this?
How long should I rest?
Massage beneficial?
I'm sure RKs may be but i struggle with those. Thanks for tips

Hello Guys, i have a question. I was consulting with some of the major contributors on this forum. But still i have some doubts whether my IC is strong or weak.
I have PreE and my IC muscles are always contracting while being stimulated on a glans. So whenever i touch my glans being erect my IC activates thus making my penile "jump" and go inward. And when stimuli stops - it dissapears. So my q is: do i have a strong ic muscle and weak BC/PC or IC muscle contracting while glans being stimulated means the opposite - tight=weak?
I came across a lot of topics and people are still arguing at this point. Sorry for possible mistakes i'm not a native speaker.

There is 4 options the one you want is strong and relaxed ,it can be strong and tense or weak and tense or relaxed and weak .
