I know that it hurts to see people you love struggle, but if she can come out of this relationship ok, then she'll be fine.
It doesn't hurt to help her. In life, we all need help. It's like I said earlier: You can be there to help her out, but she has to learn to make decisions on her own. It's her life, not yours. I think (and I mean THINK, not know) she knows now that if there is a problem (or if she has a problem), she can come to you for advice.
