You've got a lot of ideas, Unek75. Let's simplify this into categories:
1. Your PE routine will include jelqing and stretching. You can choose how often you want to do this routine. Generally it is done 3 to 4 days per week and to clarify, you only do this once on a given day. If you don't want to gain length, you don't have to stretch.
2. Your kegel and reverse kegel routine can be done throughout the day and your suggestion of 3 times throughout the day is fine, but remember to take days off. Say that you kegel on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will not do any kegels or reverse kegels on other days of the week. Rest those muscles.
3. Edging adds work to your routine, so do it in moderation. Once or twice a week is really fine for now. Since you're new to PE, you want to introduce work at a very slow and manageable pace.
Unek75, read my suggestions and post back here with a specific template of how you plan on doing this. Then we'll take a look at it. JP90 is a good program (see page 1 of this thread). I can tell that you're ambitious about this, but just know that your penis needs rest so take whichever routine you choose nice and slow.
