Also, after reading PESG's awesome story, I was wondering if anyone has a defined Kegel routine that accompanies JonPop's 90 Day Routine? Today, I did the four sets of 25 quick Kegels during the warm up stretch and then about 35 five second hold/releases afterward. Too much, too little?

Fedelis, welcome aboard. Your penis isn't a muscle so you will be fine. Just do the exercises as written and find your rhythm.
Don't overwork your BC muscle. Stay within the guidelines of the program. (jP

my penis bends to the left at the base. could been from masturbating with left hand for a decade. although i could switch hand i suppose it would take another decade to fix it or maybe even bend it again to the opposite side.

how can you fix this with exercises? may i notice its a bending at the begining of the penis, almost at the base, it looks like as the left ligament is so tight it pushes it to left or can it be that i am missing tissue on the left side???

sorry if im not being clear, english isnt my native language. if neccessary i will take and post a picture

I notice a slight sore.. not a painful one or anything like. There is no any negative signs of PI, except a slight sore that dont seemed to be like a big deal. Feels almost like those type of sore that you have from a long masturbation or a long wild sex, or something like that?

I know that when I have a sore on my body from a workout I wait till the sore is gone, I dont wait till 2 or 3 days because I still have sore. Would this be the same as PEing???

Yes I put a lot of it last night... I dont see how this is bad I was very horny and very hard this morning and my penis is not turtling, no spot or strange discoloration and not type of abnormal swellings.

My real question here is this how you know you should take a break before doing pe again... is my main question here. All I was reading here is your body let you know...so I figure is this the way my penis telling me to take a break?

JP90 is not progressive in nature. You do the same workout every time you do PE. So if it didn't make you sore the first time, it shouldn't make you sore this time. Remember that soreness is not a good sign.

Whether you take a break or not is definitely a judgement call. I don't know if this 'soreness' was mild and lasted for just a little while post session, or if it is a more persistent soreness of moderate intensity or greater. There are a ton of other indicators that you can read to determine what condition he's in right now.

Well, I dont think I feel any sore anymore now... I didn't felt the sore every minute or anything like that yesterday. And my soreness didn't bother me at all, and it wasn't a painful sore just a light soreness. I think this is the best way I can describe the soreness but some other time I actually liked the feeling of that soreness..

@ Mata: Okay, I understand. Just keep in mind that PE is not like bodybuilding. Guys like to feel soreness in the gym because they believe it is a sign of progress. With PE, the signs of progress are different: healthy erections, size gains (naturally), good flaccid hang, etc. Just keep gauging how your penis feels. It doesn't sound like a big deal to me, but if it gets any more intense or persists, take a break. Maybe you jelqed a little hard or something one session. I've had a very mild soreness once or twice, just don't let it become a habit.

@ Denleo: Sorry, man. It's not that I intentionally ignored your question, but I don't think I'm qualified to answer it. You asked it fine. Let me see if I get this right: Is your actual shaft bent, or does your penis come out of your body facing left? There are a lot of variants in penile shape. That's just how men are made. However, some members here have argued that masturbation habits during adolescence may influence bends in the shaft. Put the picture up if you're comfortable with it, or explain your situation in a little more detail. I'm not sure I'll be able to help you, but with some more detail someone else might. And feel free to start your own new thread, since your question is not related to JP's program. Hopefully someone will be able to help you out.

Well I was thinking maybe cut down the reps...keeping v-jelq 30 and cut wet-jelq 30 and the stretching, maybe less too...and maybe I can increase to 50 with wet-jelq in two week and see how it goes. I wonder if it is because my penis is not used to this sort of thing. And my plans are one day on and one day off for two week then I'll start doing 2 day on and 1 day off... but thats my plan for now... but I think I did v-jelq a little more pressure, not on purpose though.

That's fine. My only gripe is that if you've been doing the program without any soreness, and now you're suddenly sore, it's not the volume that changed but your grip tightness.

Now, if you've only been on the program for a short time, then scaling back absolutely makes the most sense right now. When in doubt, see what part of your routine changed and you'll probably find the reason that your results changed.

ThirdArm. I was thinking of doing my kegel exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, I will do the following workout: Warm wrap with a rice sock or a warm water towel for 10min, wet jelq 150 strokes (3 sec strokes) with a overhand OK-grip at 30-50% erection, finish off with 5 mild rotary stretches to the left and 5 to
the right. I believe this will help with length and girth. I will then end on Saturda with etching. Can you let me know what you think.

In that case Mata, I think you're on the right track. Slow and steady and keep being aware of how your body reacts to the work.

Unek, kegeling MWF is a good strategy.

I think that a 2 day per week PE routine might be a little low on volume. That would mean that you wait 4 entire days (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) without any jelqing. How about one of these ideas instead: PE on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and finish your Saturday session off with some edging; OR PE on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and then edge on Sunday.

I think 3 days per week of PE work is a good starting point and throwing in an edging session somewhere during the week would compliment it nicely. Naturally, be moderate with your edging. That would be a good start. Like always, carefully monitor how your penis responds to these exercises.

Ok ThirdArm. I did my first PE this morning but only did 60 wet jelqs, I didn´t do any stretching with kegels or V-jelqs. Since I was aiming for 150 wet jelqs, can I divide the workout for half in the morning and half in the afternoon. Also, should I incorporate basic stretching a V-jelqs? Do I need to take a break from my PE routine, say take a month off after a couple of weeks?

Re-read jp90, you need breaks, some do 5 days on 2 days off, if that's too much then they try 2 days on 1 day off.
If you want length then do the stretches, and v-jelqs. Do the routine how it's stated if you want to be conditioned and want it to work.

I am just over half way done with my first 90 days using this program, I am really enjoying what I have gotten out of PE so far. I am somwhat confused about what to do next though.... Should i continue using this routine after the first 90 days? Should I add or take anything away after 90 days? What is the best routine for someone after completing this 90 routine. Thanks!

Steve23. So you suggest to do the JP90 as stated, with Kegels included with the stretches. Will this have any affect on my pelvic floor muscle since I am doing nothing but kegels on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If not, then I would do the JP90 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturda..
