I have a question regarding jelqing.I keep my 1 grip at the base and the other before the glans.But i saw it in a video and it came to my mind,that do we have jelq over the glans also or just before it?

Don't jelq over the glan. Stop your jelq before it

I noticed that you highlighted that part now, but that was not obvious since it could have been IClone that did that. The hand is kept at the base to keep the jelqing as fluid and continuous as possible.

Hi,

Im new at this PE things and i was reading the beginners routine and i was just wondering, im supposed to do the same routine for 90 days, right? or am i allowed to increase after 3 weeks?what is more advisable and? and when i do the kegel exercise 3 times a week, should it be during the resting days or can i just do it the same day of the P.E.?

I really need help and im determined to start ASAP. I would appreciate it if someone out there could advice me.=D.Also, what do penis bruising and spotting look like exactly, bec i checked my penis i seem to have some sort of spotting on the side but i think it was from when i was circumcised.

I thank anyone who bothered to help and i hope to hear from you soon.

Sounds like u know your stuff JonPop, i have been reading the book Exercising the penis by Aaron Kemmer. His beginner routine is a little different, 1 day on and 2 days off. I just dont want to rush anything,
but if your routine works for beginners, i dont know where to start, or which one to pick.

I never worried about the LOT thing. Just do the routine.

hi, I'm new here, and when I see your routine, I went to the bathroom and tried that LOT check, I grab my penis below the glans and stretching it from up, down, left and right, and from every direction I dont get any tug back whatsoever, only feels my glans grow a bit because of kegels.. thanks

how hard do you guys pull when doing the LOT test? when I give it a good stretch my LOT is in every direction, but if I don't pull as hard I feel a tug back...which way is the right way?

How long does it take you guys to complete 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs? I'm thinking about changing my routine, but I want to keep it within an hour time frame. How do you deal with turkey neck while performing V-jelqs? Such a pain in the ass lol.

hey, today is my first day on PE, and im looking for some newbie advice about this program.
I have a a penis extender from x4 labs that i try to use as often as i can (comes to one month on one month off), i have not seen any results, i think due to the fact that i am not steady with the workout.
I am an athlete, i exercise about 1-2/day and ive read somewhere that exercising is counter productive to PE gains.
Does this still mean im a beginner, and should do i this program? If so, can you provide some advice on how i can modify it to my situation.
