Day 2 of the routine. Enjoying it so far. Does the 90 days include the rest days, or just the exercise days?
Yes

How long does it take you guys to complete 150 wet jelqs and 90 V-jelqs? I'm thinking about changing my routine, but I want to keep it within an hour time frame. How do you deal with turkey neck while performing V-jelqs? Such a pain in the ass lol.
You can complete this routine in under an hour, it depends on how slow you do the execises. Quality is better then quantity!

Sorry, I'm kind of confused about the LOT theory. I feel it tug back in all three directions. What should I do? Thanks.
Disregard the LOT theory altogether

hey, today is my first day on PE, and im looking for some newbie advice about this program.
I have a a penis extender from x4 labs that i try to use as often as i can (comes to one month on one month off), i have not seen any results, i think due to the fact that i am not steady with the workout.
I am an athlete, i exercise about 1-2/day and ive read somewhere that exercising is counter productive to PE gains.
Does this still mean im a beginner, and should do i this program? If so, can you provide some advice on how i can modify it to my situation.
thank you.
Exercising won't hurt your PE according to what I've heard, many guys here do both. I would either do this routine or one of the others on the site for 90 days for conditioning.

Are the vitamins a must?? if i dont take em what will i miss out on? pro's and cons please.

Supplements are not a must, but they have additional benefits that compliment your workouts. This link has some good info.

i was wondering..for this 90 begginer routine..how long should it take minute wise to comple 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs.without the warming up or stretching..ive been jelqing for 2 months and i havent seen much in results so.im switching to a different routine...unless im doing something wrong.. 5 days on 2 off, 10 mins warm, 10 stretching useing the same stretches you indicate in your routine, followed by 25 mins of jelqing..but i dont count both hands as i jelq..i i count one hand on1 jelq and the second 2..is that wrong?? are both hands considered one jelq? help....frustrated and i dont wanna quit

Hi, I'm new to PE exercises (well I did them for a couple months about a year ago and am trying to get back into a good program again and JP's looks great.) I'm trying to add a little size and girth, but more importantly I have a curve to the right that I'm trying to straighten out, and I'm willing to spend time to get there (also seems like 30%-50% reduction is what I can expect which is fine). I'm afraid of gaining size and having it bend farther to the right. I've read Big Al's post, and a couple threads on here guys seem to be jelqing in the opposite direction of the bend. Because mine is to the right, should I wet jelq more to the left and spend more time stretching to the left? Can JP's program be modified for a beginner looking to fix curvature, and if so, what type of exercises/routine should I be doing?

Disregard the LOT theory altogether

Why do you say this Waylander? Do you not believe in this theory, or are you just saying to disregard it because this guy is doing the JP90 and at this stage shouldn't be too concerned with this theory?

I ask because I have read much about the theory and whilst not being entirely sold (as this is not an exact science, it is after all just a 'theory' albeit with some anatomical back-up) I still follow what it suggests. As I have a LOT of 7.00 I concentrate my efforts on my tunica...

I'm not looking to rebuke your advice, more just to hear your point of view. Thanks.

2 hands is 1 rep. So, 150 jelqs would be 300 jelqs in total, 150 on the left hand, 150 on the right. 25-30 mins sounds about right for this amount.

I know you dont want to get it wrong and waste valuable time, I am/was the same. I am in my 5th month and like you in the beginning I was stressing whether I was doing things right or not. I've now learned not to stress, and just keep focussed, keep calm, and dont sweat it! Its a long way to go, just look at some of the vets here, they have been doing this stuff for YEARS, and some of them didnt gain until their second or third year in. Some of them gained in their second or third month! We are all different, you just have to find what is best for YOU.

Read as much as you can, and see the same subject matter from lots of different people's perspectives then try and match theirs to your own circumstances and just go with it for a while. If it works great, if it doesn't then move onto something different, or adjust what you were doing slightly. Most importantly try to learn to READ your own body's feedback and listen to what it is telling you. Just remember this is not a quick fix. It will take time and dedication.

Is the LOT (loss of tug) theory still relevant?

LOT was contrived by Bib, back in the day. It was the hot way to exercise when JP wrote the 90 day routine. Not to say the theory doesn’t hold merit, but it’s been found that gains come just as fast (or slow) by adhering to (or not) the LOT theory. Many guys now disregard the theory altogether.

Some hangers still consider the LOT Theory relevant for hanging, but for beginners new to PE and manual exercising its widely believed to be unnecessary. Stretch in ALL directions while doing this routine.

Ok, thanks.

Quick question... you mentioned hanging. I was trawling through the old threads the other day and I saw something on hanging, and it caught my attention. Up until this point I have steered away from anything to do with hanging because I have been listening to the LOT theory and its conclusion that having a low LOT means my ligs/tendons etc are already at their limits so hanging wont benefit me (and that I should concentrate on my tunica instead of my ligs... yada yada...) However after reading certain posts I now believe that hanging may benefit me (with or without my low LOT) and so would like to explore this at some point soon. Is there any advice/concerns about that you may wish to share?

Apologies for this being a little off-topic.

Exactly the same, week in week out. You follow the exact same regimen for 90 days, 5 days on 2 days off. For example mon-fri you follow the PE exercises outlined in the JP 90, then on sat and sun you take 2 days rest-no PE exercises at all. In fact try and abstain from masturbating and/or sex as this is the time your penis needs to recover and rebuild the broken-down tissues from the PE'ing. This is where the growth happens!

Then on monday you start again, work through til fri, then rest on sat and sun again, and so on until your 90 days are up! After that take measurements, read your bodys' feedback and go from there...:)

Isambard's advice is correct, however a 2 on 1 off schedule is better for beginners. Jp revises the workout schedule to this a little farther into this thread from the original post.
After some time if you feel you can do more, THEN you can work up to a heavier schedule.

I dissagree with the "no sex" advice, my motto is, if you get the opportunity then you better take it:D Edging is a great alternative to masturbation.

The body clues Isambard mentioned are called PI's, here is a link.

I don't understand the LOT thingy.

Also, what's the worst case scenario if you do this wrong ? Could it result in not having kids or being impotent, etc. ?

I dont know about the 2on 1off, I just followed the routine to the letter. If you're new then I'd suggest you do the same. Yes there are alot of guys on here that do the 2on 1off but these guys have alot of PE experience under their belt-perhaps explore those theories and methods a bit further down the line as they most likely have... As for the length of time it takes to do the workout, yes 30-45 mins (including your stretches and warm-up/down) sounds about right. Dont rush it.:)

Send the pills back and get your money back-if you can! Waste of money, if there was a pill that worked we wouldn't be here doing this...

Your LOT has nothing to do with your erection. Whilst standing, and your penis is flaccid (soft) pull on your penis (holding just below the glans) with one hand between thumb and finger, stretch it upwards so that your penis is against your stomach. This is the 12 o'clock position. Still holding your flaccid penis in a stretched state perform a kegel, and you will notice your penis tug back into your body. Release the kegel, whilst still holding that stretch. Your penis will come back out of your body. This is your ligaments causing this 'tug'. This movement may only be as much as 1/4"-1/2" (maybe more/maybe less for some), this is what you are looking for to determine your LOT. Loss Of Tug.

Now, still holding your penis in the stretched state at 12.00, move down in small incrememnts and perform kegels at each point of the imaginary 'clock face', 12.00 being at...12.00, and 9.00 straight out from your body, then finally 6.00 being straight down (to the floor). At the point you NOTICE A LOSS OF TUG on your penis by your ligaments, this will be your LOT.

Click on the link below and read this. Hopefully Bib can help you further, as this is where I got the information from myself.

Alright thanks alot for the feedback, another question just came to mind was when jelqing, it says palms down, is there any difference if the palms are up? i noticed its alot easier when they are up? And also is it ok to masterbate after an exercise or before, i know people say if you dont masterbate the erection will come easier but is it still ok to do the same day?
