i was wondering..for this 90 begginer routine..how long should it take minute wise to comple 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs.without the warming up or stretching..ive been jelqing for 2 months and i havent seen much in results so.im switching to a different routine...unless im doing something wrong.. 5 days on 2 off, 10 mins warm, 10 stretching useing the same stretches you indicate in your routine, followed by 25 mins of jelqing..but i dont count both hands as i jelq..i i count one hand on1 jelq and the second 2..is that wrong?? are both hands considered one jelq? help....frustrated and i dont wanna quit
2 hands is 1 rep. So, 150 jelqs would be 300 jelqs in total, 150 on the left hand, 150 on the right. 25-30 mins sounds about right for this amount.
I know you dont want to get it wrong and waste valuable time, I am/was the same. I am in my 5th month and like you in the beginning I was stressing whether I was doing things right or not. I've now learned not to stress, and just keep focussed, keep calm, and dont sweat it! Its a long way to go, just look at some of the vets here, they have been doing this stuff for YEARS, and some of them didnt gain until their second or third year in. Some of them gained in their second or third month! We are all different, you just have to find what is best for YOU.
Read as much as you can, and see the same subject matter from lots of different people's perspectives then try and match theirs to your own circumstances and just go with it for a while. If it works great, if it doesn't then move onto something different, or adjust what you were doing slightly. Most importantly try to learn to READ your own body's feedback and listen to what it is telling you. Just remember this is not a quick fix. It will take time and dedication.
