Just disregard the whole LOT theory and stretch in all directions. Most PE'ers don't recognize the theory as relevant anymore.
Masturbating two times per day is too much, even once a day is too much if you are in your 20s. Up to two months ago i used to masturbate at least once a day, it is addiction, experts say can be like heavy drug addiction and i agree. Then i began reading about it, western doctors will tell you how its okey no harm down blablabla . Ufortunatelly i can't find a link where it was well documented what are bad effects you get from every days masturbation. I remember some of them were tiredness, weakness etc. If you believe in eastern teachings it is said that by masturbating and ejaculating you are weakening your rooth chakra and are loosing life energy. Personally i feel like new man since i stopped masturbating, i still play with my dick but i dont ejaculate. It was hardest to make it through first 4 days i thought i was going nuts, then i got controll over it and ejaculated first time after 8 days, then again after two weeks. My balls and penis look healthier, i get erection easier, can have it for longer. I feel stronger and my endurance almost doubled, i noticed that since i work out almost every day, difference is HUGE. All in all i am against masturbating every day. If you really must, then do it once or twice a week. This is just my opinion and i am speaking from my experience, maybe its differente in your case, but i doubt ithey you guys

First, I agree with Waylander that :
1-New guys can ignore LOT theory & still make good gains
2-LOT theory can't predict Suspensory Ligament gains accurately
Predictions aside, it is still absolutely important to maximize your Suspensory Ligament gains. I believe this is what Jon Pop is trying to teach new guys.
Stretching your Suspensory Ligaments appears to be a necessary part of the process for anyone attempting to make major gains. A few veterans have concluded that Tunica Albuginea gains cannot be maximized until the Suspensory Ligaments are no longer a limiting factor. The Suspensory Ligaments will remain a limiting factor until they are stretched to their maximum extent (maximized creep, deformation & lengthening).
We probably need a few articles on anatomy, etc so guys can understand all this more fully.

hey guys i just joined this forum and looking forward to starting exercising but all of this is very new to me so i wanted to ask you should i start with JonPop's routine or something alse?
