Question about JAI stretches:

I read the instructions but to be clear, all you do is:
- Grab your dick
- Stretch, straight out.
- Release stretch after 2 seconds?
- and then repeat it?

So its kind of like pulling a rubber band on your wrist, and then letting go, and then pulling it again?

Oh, and is this is good for newbies?

Hey,i have been doing this pe routine for one week and 2 days but today i must stop for at least 5 days because i have shaved my penis and cut myself(yeah i know..) and i cant do jelgs because it hurts very bad my skin.So,if i do a 5 days pause to heal my self...will this pause afect my PE?

Are the circle strecthes same as rotational stretches explained in the forum which take 10-15 sec for each rep

It should take 1-3 seconds for each rotation.

Hi there! I started the routine today. How many workouts per weak should I do? Two are ok?

Some questions:

1) How much hot the water for warming up should be?
2) The "Helicopter Shakes" should be done with both hands? The first time with the left, the second with the right etc.? Moreover is there any video/pic to make sure I am doing it correctly?
3) "while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull." - explanation?

The 2 on 1 off schedule is good for beginners.

(1) 103 degrees at the most or just hot enough not to burn yourself(I recommend that you make yourself a rice sock, much better)

(2) Do helicopters shakes are done with one hand(like twirling a key chain)

(3) Picture an old car in the old movies. Where they had to hand crank to start.
Just crank your penis around in a circle 10 cranks to the left, 10 cranks to the right.

Or. stick your arm straight out. Now, make a big circle with your arm. This is what you do to your dick.

Hi guys
I can call myself a beginner in this... Firstable i read the big Al's injuries thing and was very scared!!! im afraid to PE!

- also im a teenager.. would that affect my gains? because i do feel my dick tug back in every direction though i have no idea why do i need to do this LOT
exercise? its not even related to the other exercises and should it affect the way i do the exercises?

- also... the helicopter shaking thing...... you guys say its like twirling a key chain and in the guide it sasy 5 revs... 5 revs for a second or two... thats impossible! i tried really hard and it hurts... so i think im doing this wrong!

- about warming up/down, would a bath with hot water for the period be fine?

- the fact that im a teenager.. it means itll reduce my supposedly growth of dick by puberty?

- will PE'ing affect the way my penis look? im really afraid of this, will my glans look red or something like that?

- if i get an erection while doing wet jelqs.... full erection... should i stop?

- the v jelqs... how does it work? 1 v jelw is up and right+up and left+up and straight?

- the end of guide says "do a totaly of 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs" thats insane! if i do it wouldnt my dick be hurt??? and a total means that after i did the first 50 and 30 i have 100 and 60 left?

guys im really new to this and im totally afraid!! is there a way i can get a permanent injury that will ruin my dick's growth??? or a permanent injury at all??? help please

Throw the word "when" right out the window. Do your routine, stay faithful to it, and results will come. There is no 'when" in pe!

Ok! So can someone please help me understand the theory of the tug and the workout. I am very new to this. My question is when I do the Tug test, I can feel it tug only when it is straight up. But, according to the 90 day program I should exercise straight out or straight down. What exercise am I suppose to actually do straight out or straight down? The Jelq? The Vstretch? please help...

Later in this thread (after the original post) Jp suggests to disregard the LOT theory altogether and stretch in all directions. The theory was for checking the ligs, but now is considered irrelevant by most. :)

REVISED:
To avoid build-up in fatty tissue, of some of the vitamins such as "A", decrease all these supplements to a 5 day on 2 day off routine. Your body will sluff-off any build-up in this period.

What if you are doing 2 day on 1 day off routine of the program?

(I'm pretty sure this has been asked somewhere on this thread - i cant find it, sorry!!)

I've found out I have week fingers/hands. I can notice a difference between first and second V-Jelq sessions, I mean first session feels pretty good, but whie performing the 2nd session I can feel my fingers loose strength and third is even worse. I dont wanna waste my time doing something in a way that it wont work. Does anyone has this problem? Or will my fingers/hands gain strength with time?

Jp is talking about the suppliments ONLY in that quote, not the actual routine. In other words take the suppliments for 5 days in a row the don't take them for two days (no matter what PE schedule you do)

Yeah man, your hands should get stronger as time goes on. You don't want to excessive a pressure at first anyway. If after 5-6 weeks your still having that problem then you could consider a Jelq Device.

ok, I'll give it a couple of weeks to see if I can gain strength.
Is it better done by hand or with a jelq device?
Also, what if I use one of those elastic rings that has a vivrating thing for woman's clit (found in some condom boxes) at the base? Will that help holding blood in the shaft or will make it harder to bring blood into it? Seems like I can't hold too much blood in the shaft due to finger's fatigue.
