Well guys, this is really all over the board.
There have been so many that have done the routine but never actually said what they had gained. But to my best recollection, it seems that the average is 1/2-3/4" in length and 1/4-1/2" in girth.
Now.. An explanation; When I wrote this routine over 6 years ago, now, the purpose was to teach those new to PE how to do the exercises and to condition their penis to go on to advanced exercises. There wasn't all the information about PE that is found everywhere now.
The idea behind the writing of "A Beginners Routine For Newbies" that I introduced at the BetterMan forum in 2004, was; To try to get new members to commit to a routine, slowly condition and learn the proper ways of Penis Enlargement.
Many thousands of men have done these exercises and followed my routine, but just as many, started and then quit because they didn't see the gains within a short period of time.
Those that did complete the routine, stayed committed and went on to successful enlargement, were usually the ones that posted a progress log and tracked their gains. But many, I surmise, came to the forum, read how to do the exercises, maybe even printed out the routine, but never posted. And then, of course, there is the individual factor of; Everyone is different. I was a fast gainer, but many have completed the routine and became discouraged because they saw NO gains.
Only after staying with PE for a longer period, did the gains manifest themselves.
Many would write asking what they should do because they had done the 90 days and seen no gains. My advice was to continue with the routine, increase the amount of reps and stay committed. Usually within a short period, the gains would start to show. (jP
