What purpose do the supplements serve to pe training exactly? Can I get good results without taking them?

Yes you can get results without taking the pills.
Supplements are for overall health.

Hello All, Im new to PE and am still learning. Trying to soak up as much info as I can with regard to safety and effectivness etc. Anyway, this routine came highly reccomended, but I wanted ask with regard to excersising based on the LOT. I checked mine and am 6.00. Now, when you say straight out and straight up, does this mean the direction in which the v jelqs and wet jelqs are done?, and if so, which of the jelqs do I do straight out and straight down? Thanks

Wolf

JP's 90

JP's 90

I have a question about JP's 90 day routine. I have an extender. Can I incorporate the extender into this routine? I have gained about 3/8" in length since using the extender an hour a day, 3 times a week. I was thinking of using it for an hour before I jelq. Just wondering what others thought.

lot of 6:00 too

lot of 6:00 too

Hi Wolfmesser,
I have the same lot and just completed 7th week of Jps routine with good results.

I do wet jelqs straight out and v jelqs on upwards direction.
With the v jelqs you cup your hand under and tight between middle and ring finger and then pull up so its natural to do this upwards anyway. Its a bit intense with the v jelqs I find so I kegel at same time which adds some resistance.

good luck

Cool, thanks ncurt. I also wanted to ask if doing either the v jelqs or wet jelqs would be effective lying down, or would this hinder blood flow when going up the shaft?

This question is for the guys that have been taking Ginkgo Biloba how long is it safe to continue taking Ginkgo 3 months, 6 months or is it something you can take continuously like any other vitamin or supplement? and have you seen any real change or improvement from taking it because I keep seeing that it is not approved by the FDA and this really bothers me

Warmup/Jelq in Shower

Warmup/Jelq in Shower

Thanks JP, I'm new to the forum and just started using your 90-day beginner routine last week.

To warm up, I was putting a hand towel in a large plastic bowl and filling it about half full with water, then putting it in the microwave for a few minutes. This worked pretty well, but was a little tedious and I had to repeat it for my warm down. Also, I was finding it difficult to do this discretely. For me, I found a good alternative is to do my entire routine in the shower.

So that I don't waste a ton of water, I first take care of the items that I don't want to leave soap on during the entire routine (wash hair and face). For the warmup, I turn the temp up just a little and take my removable shower head and position it so that it is spraying up at my genitals. I have a shelf system in the shower that has adjustable shelves that makes this relatively easy. During the hot water warmup, I take care of washing the rest of my body. By the time I am finished washing, I am sufficiently warmed up and I quickly wash off the soap and turn off the water. I do my stretches and the entire routine. I use silicone-based lubricant because it doesn't wash off so easily and lasts a lot longer. When I'm done, I turn the water back on and wash off the lubricant...then spray hot water on my genitals for a few minutes for the warm down.

At least for me I found that this saved me a little time, was more discrete and was easier to clean up.

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
newton, welcome to the PE Gym. Umm...Silicone based lube? Unless you have a very squeaky penis, I would recommend something more along the lines of a good water based Vit E, with aloe.

stretch left(30 sec, kegs)
circle stretch( 10 clockwise, 10 counter
helicopter shakes (20 sec)

"Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels. Try and do 100 a day."

So does this mean to do the warm up, basic streching exercises, and cool down EVERYDAY, and just to add the wet jelq and v jelq on the 5 main days?
Like for 5 days you do the whole routine and 2 days you just skip the jelqs?

Nope.
You just do the whole programm every day for 5 -in a row- days.
Then for 2 days you will do ONLY 100 kegels(per day)
Thats it.

Ok so for those 2 days I just do 100 BASIC kegel exercises, not like the kegels done while streching explained in the routine. Thanks for clearing that up guys. I'm just getting started and I'm about to do the routine for the 3rd day in a row now. Now about those kegels you do on the 2 days; how long do you hold the contraction?

I done this routine for the first time today and the stretching took me about 20 mins.I hope i get results from this because it seems an awful lot of stretching for a beginers routine.
