Warmup/Jelq in Shower
Warmup/Jelq in Shower
Thanks JP, I'm new to the forum and just started using your 90-day beginner routine last week.
To warm up, I was putting a hand towel in a large plastic bowl and filling it about half full with water, then putting it in the microwave for a few minutes. This worked pretty well, but was a little tedious and I had to repeat it for my warm down. Also, I was finding it difficult to do this discretely. For me, I found a good alternative is to do my entire routine in the shower.
So that I don't waste a ton of water, I first take care of the items that I don't want to leave soap on during the entire routine (wash hair and face). For the warmup, I turn the temp up just a little and take my removable shower head and position it so that it is spraying up at my genitals. I have a shelf system in the shower that has adjustable shelves that makes this relatively easy. During the hot water warmup, I take care of washing the rest of my body. By the time I am finished washing, I am sufficiently warmed up and I quickly wash off the soap and turn off the water. I do my stretches and the entire routine. I use silicone-based lubricant because it doesn't wash off so easily and lasts a lot longer. When I'm done, I turn the water back on and wash off the lubricant...then spray hot water on my genitals for a few minutes for the warm down.
At least for me I found that this saved me a little time, was more discrete and was easier to clean up.
