JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

What's the most someone has gained from doing 3 months of your 90 day beginner routine, JP?

I would like to see JP's answer to this, but in the meantime, I will say that I think I am pretty sure that I have read on here that several gained well over an inch and I think a few were close, if not OVER, the 2'' gain mark.

Aaron says that on average, meaning if you take a bunch of guys and get their pre and post measurements, the average gain is one inch, but you DO have to keep at it if you want to keep those gains, and at least maintain a "cementing" ritual.

Well guys, this is really all over the board.
There have been so many that have done the routine but never actually said what they had gained. But to my best recollection, it seems that the average is 1/2-3/4" in length and 1/4-1/2" in girth.
Now.. An explanation; When I wrote this routine over 6 years ago, now, the purpose was to teach those new to PE how to do the exercises and to condition their penis to go on to advanced exercises. There wasn't all the information about PE that is found everywhere now.

The idea behind the writing of "A Beginners Routine For Newbies" that I introduced at the BetterMan forum in 2004, was; To try to get new members to commit to a routine, slowly condition and learn the proper ways of Penis Enlargement.

Many thousands of men have done these exercises and followed my routine, but just as many, started and then quit because they didn't see the gains within a short period of time.
Those that did complete the routine, stayed committed and went on to successful enlargement, were usually the ones that posted a progress log and tracked their gains. But many, I surmise, came to the forum, read how to do the exercises, maybe even printed out the routine, but never posted. And then, of course, there is the individual factor of; Everyone is different. I was a fast gainer, but many have completed the routine and became discouraged because they saw NO gains.
Only after staying with PE for a longer period, did the gains manifest themselves.
Many would write asking what they should do because they had done the 90 days and seen no gains. My advice was to continue with the routine, increase the amount of reps and stay committed. Usually within a short period, the gains would start to show. (jP

Wow JP, this is all about what I had surmised. I really appreciate all you have done for us here, and your being an original pioneer in providing men with a solution to an issue that many men think is unchangeable. Thanks JP!

question how many keegles daily should i do im averaging 100 during stretching and 100-150 more later in the day, pe in morning, and also should i keegle on my off days or no?

I was wondering if this is ok to do pe every other day or should i do it everyday and the weekend rest. is this ok or am i going overboard? thanks in advance

Hello, i have one more question!

So my LOT is at 6:00 and you said to do your exercises going straight up if your LOT is at 6:00...However, when you are describing to us how to do wet jelqs you said to do them straight out....So i was woundering do i do my jelqs straight up or striaght out?

That could work 5days on 2days off, some people will find that gains come easier if you do 2days on 1day off.Depending on how long youv been doing PE'ing etc.

Hey HotRod, this means your ligs are nice and loose. Do your exercies in all directions.
Hanging would probably do you a lot of good.


I would like increase my girth what can i do?

Jelq, jelq, and jelq some more. My EG has been crazy since I started really focusing on jelqing, and I try to really get "in the zone" when I do it (Check out my Article on here about Zen and PE)

Jelqing is amazing, and it was really going411by7 that got me more into it, and I love it.

question when im doing my v-jelques i do them exactly as described but i dont fee the same type of pressure i guess you would call it as with my wet jelques any comments

Your never gonna feel that pressure you get from a standard jelq when your doing V-jelqs,that doesnt mean however that it's less effective it's just simply your using your fingers in a different way.just focus on what your doing and make sure that your moving blood up your shaft.

Ah ha!, ok Jason, thanks man, I was wondering because I have been messing around with upward v-jelqs (are you supposed to do them upward? KP said something about doing them that way last night, I am flummoxed about it now).

Anyway, yeah, I wasn't feeling near the pressure I normally get, but it felt good nonetheless.

Good call, hanging has always been my fav no-BS approach to stretching, forget all that manual fiddling. You do get lots of inefficiency trying to maintain a solid grasp when pulling. I would do three sets of 15 mins worth of hanging and would start low and work my way up to 35 pounds by my last set. Please keep in mind safety first, I did this after much experience but did manage inches to show for my trouble! Something worth considering but always be sure to warm the ligs prior to this exercise for maximum effectiveness. I would then move onto my all too essential power jelqing.

Im doing them upwards,at the start you do feel like it's not doing much for you only time will tell,but yea im doing it upwards it seems easier that way.

Does anyone use two hands = 1 rep for jelqs,iv been doing them but never actually got that question cleared up for me.

im following this program but now im not feeling at the end as if it was much of a work out is there any other exercises i should add for length or maybe more reps?
