JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

i just tried this and no matter if i hold it straight up, across, straight down or anywhere inbetween there is always tug. Is this a good or bad sign and which routine should i follow?

This has probably been asked before in one of the 80-some odd pages, but when determining LOT, do I check this after a warm up, or before? Because when I'm not warmed up, I lose tug at barely 8, but when I'm warm, I lose it at about 11.

can you guys tell me what the suave lube is called? when I'm at the store do I just ask for lotion or lube or?? I'm confused on what to look for haha

hi jp, I'm new to pe. I read until page 31 but didn't find many people that has gained from the routine in length. I wonder if in the next 50 pages or so there were people that gained in length and girth by using the routine and if so, whats the common/average gain?

also i wonder how many Jelq and stretches (reps) I should do for each direction (how many to the left,up,right,down) in order to spend the time specified in your routine.
Also I wonder if I should start with the beginners routine that is explained in the book, and then do your routine. (if so for how long I should do the routine that is in the book?

Last but not least,should i add any other exercise? or just stick with the routine for the 90 days and then start doing more advance exercises.

10 minutes warm up to start with

About 10 minutes to do the heli shackes-and-the stretches-and the kegels--->in each direction.
To continue with the wet jelqs--->IF i say IF,you count wet jelqs based on this: one stroke with Left hand = 1 jelq .AND 1 stroke with Right hand = 2nd jelq..So we have a total of 300 jelqs .And if i am not wrong the Suggested time of one stroke is about 4 seconds,NOT 2,or 3.Just 4.So 300*4=1200 seconds.(20 mins)
But that is a theorotical view--->>because you cant *just magically* have your penis ALL the time at about 60-70% erect level..Can you?So maybe you will do something to make it harder or to make it less hard--but anything you will do-in the end you will need TIME-So you will need a small increase in the total time.Like 5 minutes.So we are up to 25 minutes the whole Wet jelqing procedure.

Last part is the v-jelq.Let us assume that one v jelq is about 2 seconds per stroke.Then we have 30 V jelqs---but-----1 v jelq is 3 stroke(because you are doing in 3 directions,that is on the left,straight forward, and on right)..So we have a total of (3 strokes)*(2 seconds per one storke)*(90 v Jelqs)=540 seconds .And again if we add the time that we need to maintain the erect length to the desired erection level-we must add about 3 minutes..So we are up to a total of 12 minutes

Warm down-> 8 minutes will do.

So to sum up we have: 10+10+25+12+8=65 mitutes-->1 hour and 5 minutes--But that is only in theory--In action someone could last for 1.5 h..Cannot predict what the time consuming parameters will be in each person in each occation.
So my question is;How some people claim that they do the whole exercise on just 30+ minutes?WTF?

Personally, i am close to 1h-20 minutes.And to say the truth in the 1st time was way beyond that.
Also, nice forum--this is my 1st post.

I didn't see anyone answer this. JP is the time frame for this memo accurate? The reason why I ask is because my exercises do last around 30 minutes on average. If I need to make each stroke longer, please let me know. I always thought each rep on the Jelq (1 left hand, 1 right hand) is 3-4 seconds, and the V-Jelqs are supposed to be done rather quickly. Correct me if I'm wrong so I can adjust my exercise. Thanks

Hey Jonpop, I am a little confused about your Beginners Routine.

You say you should do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.

So it should go 50 wet jelqs, 30 v jelqs, 50 wet jelqs, 30 v jelqs, 50 wet jelqs, 30 v jelqs,for a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs, correct?

Also, I was reading post's on whether you should warm down with a warm wash clothe or cool down with a cool wash clothe after your workout, which would you say is best?

I'm not JP, but as long as you do 150 wets and 90 Vs, I don't suppose it matters how you do them.

Hi JP, I am going to do your 90 days routine but I have a question about LOT. for the checking where you feel the tug part in your first page, i think i have very good lot because I feel the tug form every direction very strongly but for my 6 o'clock i feel it but not as strong as everywhere else, is that where I have to work on that one most? Thanks

I had the same question for JP. I've looked for a "lube" by Suave and don't see any, but I do see a lot of hand & body lotions that have Vit. E and Lanolin in them. Maybe he's using one of those lotions.

"Suave" is the brand name. It is a very common item. But...If you can't find this brand, get a good, water soluble hand lotion with Vitamin E and Aloe. (jP

thanks man for everything, but i got few questons for you (sorry), when doing your stretching exercises what did you mean by 10 big circle to the left and then 10 to the right, how do i do this? is it like when holding to the left with the grip i will simply move it in circle.

again, when stretching straight out if i do circle stretch isn't it something like circullar stretch for eg. moving it in 360 degree.

i know what kegel is, but how do i do hard kegel?

when i pull my penis down i don't feel the tug that much, but when i pull to the right,left,and up i do feel the tug, what does it mean?

sorry for the trouble, i just want to do it right(you know what i mean),
i seriously need your help, please explain me.......

I wouldn't say that they increase your gains, or make them permanent. It just helps your body out more. An example would be you trying to build muscles and giving your body A LOT of proteins, of course much of these proteins will be flushed out of your system, but your just ensuring your body gets an adequate amount of the nutrients it needs. Looking back at what I just wrote makes me realize that it wasn't a superb example, but still :p

Q2)
Most people would say no, and that you have to deliberately focus the heat on your penis. I to an extent agree with this view, though I SOMETIMES use a shower as a warm up. At the end of the shower however I take the water beam and make sure it it mainly hitting my penis. Mostly my warm-up consists of a hot towel.

Q3)
I have been doing a normal kegel, but discussion around this area have risen. So different people do different things, but I do think the majority do normal kegels. PE_zen did on the other hand come with an interesting statement regarding reverse kegeling while edging.
