10 minutes warm up to start with
About 10 minutes to do the heli shackes-and-the stretches-and the kegels--->in each direction.
To continue with the wet jelqs--->IF i say IF,you count wet jelqs based on this: one stroke with Left hand = 1 jelq .AND 1 stroke with Right hand = 2nd jelq..So we have a total of 300 jelqs .And if i am not wrong the Suggested time of one stroke is about 4 seconds,NOT 2,or 3.Just 4.So 300*4=1200 seconds.(20 mins)
But that is a theorotical view--->>because you cant *just magically* have your penis ALL the time at about 60-70% erect level..Can you?So maybe you will do something to make it harder or to make it less hard--but anything you will do-in the end you will need TIME-So you will need a small increase in the total time.Like 5 minutes.So we are up to 25 minutes the whole Wet jelqing procedure.
Last part is the v-jelq.Let us assume that one v jelq is about 2 seconds per stroke.Then we have 30 V jelqs---but-----1 v jelq is 3 stroke(because you are doing in 3 directions,that is on the left,straight forward, and on right)..So we have a total of (3 strokes)*(2 seconds per one storke)*(90 v Jelqs)=540 seconds .And again if we add the time that we need to maintain the erect length to the desired erection level-we must add about 3 minutes..So we are up to a total of 12 minutes
Warm down-> 8 minutes will do.
So to sum up we have: 10+10+25+12+8=65 mitutes-->1 hour and 5 minutes--But that is only in theory--In action someone could last for 1.5 h..Cannot predict what the time consuming parameters will be in each person in each occation.
So my question is;How some people claim that they do the whole exercise on just 30+ minutes?WTF?
Personally, i am close to 1h-20 minutes.And to say the truth in the 1st time was way beyond that.

can you guys tell me what the suave lube is called? when I'm at the store do I just ask for lotion or lube or?? I'm confused on what to look for haha

1. what are the benifits of taking these vitamins? do they help increase your gains or help make them permanent?
2. When i warm up, does taking a hot shower for 12 min do the trick? or is that not good enough
3. And last, when i edge, should i do reverse kegels or normal kegels right before i reach my PONR
